Every time I come here they screw the order up. Either get it wrong completely or leave items out. Wendy's has always been my personal favorite restaurant except this one specifically.

I've never experienced an problem here unlike the archer drive location, staff here is friendly, and food is fresh.
We ordered 2 frosty from this Wendy's and gave the driver hell over it stiffed us on 2 frostys. Crap service.

Could it have been any worse??? Every table dirty, floor dirty, condiment area a disaster. Wish I had looked around before ordering food. Ice machine broken. Simple order screwed up and the food was nasty. Workers just hanging around not doing much of anything. So sad.

Employee at the drive-thru window was VERY RUDE!! She opened the window and said, "Yeah" to me instead of greeting me with a proper greeting. Asked her if that's how she greets every customer, and she said "yeah"!! I told her it's rude, and she just stared at me. I asked her for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. Told me I didn't need it and closed the window on me. I waited at the window until a manager came to the window and I told him how she behaved. There was no apology from him until I asked if he planned to apologize. His name is Tony, and since I don't have the girls name to post, she was a white girl with piercings all over her face. I will no longer spend my money at this Wendy's. There are many fast food places in Troy. Shameful the kind of rudeness shown to a customer. Wendys address: 825 W. Main Street, Troy, Ohio

Chili was so spicy I couldn't eat it, and the onions were not chopped up they were whole. Mu husband fries were just thrown in the bag and he didn't get his and sandwich. This was around 11pm
