Went to this restaurant last night on an online order. The restaurant closes at 12 and I’ve made my order around 11:30 and showed up around 1140. Whoever the single person working the restaurant was shut everything down And was nowhere to be found. The doors to the lobby were locked, and the drive-through said that they were closed. I wasn’t able to get my order, but the worker had to have marked my Order as picked up at 11:44. They literally stole my money. I will never make an order through here again.

I ordered from the app for a Tipp City address but they sent my order here instead. A driver was waiting for 10 minutes only for them to cancel the order after it was already late. Of course the app wouldn't let me talk to Wendy's support, thanks for being the worst Wendy's around!

Extremely dirty inside. Dust all over everything, mold in the pop machine, lobby looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Cashier fingered the fries with no gloves on, after wiping her nose with her hand. Will not be back to this location

THE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE!! Employees screaming and yelling at each other for over 15 minutes. Shouting profanity and threats. Employees crying, absolutely insane. This was Saturday evening, 9/20/25. I have video!!
BTW- why is your dining room temperature set at 60 degrees??

Placed a mobile order. Arrived 15 minutes later. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. Gave them order name and was told to pull forward. We got to the window and were told to again pull forward to a parking spot. Our order wasn't ready. Ordered jr bacon cheeseburger (with all toppings) received a burger w cheese and bacon (no toppings). Also ordered double cheese burger, again no toppings on this one either. Ordered 2 unsweet teas. Were given sweet teas. All around horrible experience.

Had a good experience.
They handle the customers pretty good which is surprising cuz troy has some of the childish customers lol. They cant order or know how anything going on cuz they things they would pull when im eating there... And these are the people with those jobs my teachers said only smart people can have... The workers here appear to have more intelligence based off the convos ive seen....
As long as those workers are still here, you can eat here no matter how bad you are at ordering! 😁

Waited 20 min for food had 5 cars waiting on food waited till they was all done my food and car next to me were all cold went to drive through window we told her she said aww sorry and shut windows in my face worst service iv ever had called back manger offered to replace the next day or later In the week thanks for nothing don't trust how my food will be made if i come back get screwed over thanks for nothing I hope who ever reads this goes to anther town for Wendy's and doesn't come to ur location anymore that was sad and pathetic worst money I ever spent sad part I now had to stop sum where else that whole staff was sad they should just shut that location down instead of letting you people steal people money on trash service I'm glad u offered to replace it another day but I will never eat anything from your place ever again or ever waste my money there such a disappointment
