I’ve been to this Wendy’s 2 times now. Both made me wish I would’ve just eaten the $15 it costs to get a meal now. I ordered a #8, large. The sandwich had 0 sauce. When I returned to ask for the sauce. NO BODY in the restaurant knew what came on the Asiago ranch chicken sandwich. They were extremely rude and acted like I just stole their puppy. And I still had to wait 4-5 minutes before they decided to give me a cup of ranch for my sandwich Fries are burnt The bun for my sandwich looked like someone put it through a grinder, just falling apart. Every employee was rude and acted like every customer was the biggest inconvenience of their life time. Find a new job people work hard for their money to spend $15 on food that is only worth $1.25. Then to have some of the rudest people in the state “serve” you. Just shut it down at this point.

Went through the drive-thru on 12/31/2024 at 7:10pm and the guy at the window was smoking his vape the entire time I waited for my food. Which of course took way too long for as simple as my order was. The buns on hamburgers were so stale that I couldn’t even eat them without wanting to puke. I found mold in one bun. I will never visit a Wendy’s again. I will also be contacting corporate and the local health department.

Main ST wendy's could not hold a candle. The food was hot, made well and looked good too. They had an issue with their drink machine but very quickly fixed it and was able to provide me a new one. Chris and his crew working with him where fast and effective at providing my friend and I high quality customer service. Main st wendy's, Take notes because this Archer Drive wendys evening shift by kroger has got it going on.
Fries were cold. Ordered a cheeseburger and it had no cheese on it. The drink they gave me was suppose to be Dr Pepper but it was Root beer. They always mess your order up there.

I'm giving a garbage rating/review because they were supposedly out of chilli during their dinner rush. Do you like to see a bunch of staff standing around that should be doing something useful + LIKE MAKING FOOD? Then this is your spot. I suspect a bad management team at this point.

I have worked in the food industry alot in my life. And watched multiple what I would call big no nos. The service was ok except for the staff touching there body or hair and then handling drinks/food. The head cook came off the line with his gloves on and touched multiple surfaces and returned to the line to prepare food without replacing his gloves...ewwww

Tried to walk in to eat and got the door locked on me, claim they only had 1 worker so inside was closed. There were 5 people there and 2 standing around doing nothing. Went to the drive thru however, took a little longer than normal but food wasn't bad ??♀️
