Walked in, stood there and waited 10 mins while other people waited on their order. I wasn’t acknowledged as being there in the slightest way. Next person came in and got served as I stood there so I went to Starbucks. Horrible service. If this person was my employee I would fire them immediately.

The coffee and candies are delicious. I dislike the way Winans revamped their rewards program and have started making my own coffee/ iced coffee versus going to them. The highlight was earning a free coffee after 10 purchases. Now I have to purchase 25ish coffees to earn enough points for a free coffee.

Worst Chai Tea I've ever had. Less than half a glass of tea that comes out of a box, filled with milk and ice. Tasted just like milk. I could have stayed home and drank my own milk. What's worse is I gave her my Winan's gift card. Never again will I order a chai tea from Winans. And to think, I was stupid enough to add a tip to my bill.

Ordered the buckeye frappe thru door dash today 6-12-24. .it was really bad. Either the peanut butter was old or they didn't wash out the blender. I couldn't even drink it all. So disappointed.

I LOVE my downtown Troy Winans!! The atmosphere is so chill but you have to go in the back to the shared space for any good seating. I miss when they had a few tables up front, but I’m sure Covid forced them to make that change.Say Hi to Jenna! She will definitely take care of you!
