We ordered three subs and a salad
They decided to NOT make my sub the way I ordered it and put some kind of nasty red sauce which ruined my steak and cheese sub. And my wife’s salad was so brown and dripping with water when she ordered no dressing. Hard earned money down the drain. Thanks. Jersey mikes will be my new go to.

Claims to close at 930 but doors are locked at 9pm. Can't place an order online after 9pm. Oh, and drive through speaker doesn't work either.

This Subway shop needs a good cleaning. The windows you look through to make your selections is so smudged, smeared and fingerprinted that you can barely see through it. Not very appetizing at all. Same way with cookie display. Just clean the place up and sanitize.

You can ask them very nicely through the app to toast your flatbread (since for some reason there’s not an option to toast your flatbread) and they will completely disregard it. Tip, no tip, they do not care. They almost always mess our orders up when we place online orders through the app, which is more convenient for us with our busy lifestyles.

The subs are always good. Tonight they were amazing! The girls who were there tonight are always so nice!
Ordered on the app. Got a footlong made sideways so maybe 8 inches. Paid $5 for a footlong cookie and got 2 regular cookies instead. Said my order didn't come through so had to make it when I showed up .
Wanted to order a sub today but nobody answered at the drive up speaker and did not look like anyone's there inside. 3.30 in the afternoon on 12-16
This is some of the worst service I’ve had in a long time. The workers were very annoyed that I was trying to order. The microphone to order doesn’t work and there is no sign. Just seemed like they were trying to close early and I wasn’t supposed to be there

Pulled up to the drive thru waited 5 minutes with no answer then pulled to the window and there was no staff at the order window...I guess they don't want orders or my money

Ordered to dippers took 15minutes or longer
Went there twice to the speaker and window,seen employees walk bye and no response, there wasn't even any customers in the parking lot besides me.
Why do they not stay open until closing time?
Why do they always close early?
The drive through speaker is broken...and now they closed the drive through window....which would be why I go there.... convenience.
