Ordered on the app. Got a footlong made sideways so maybe 8 inches. Paid $5 for a footlong cookie and got 2 regular cookies instead. Said my order didn't come through so had to make it when I showed up .

This is some of the worst service I’ve had in a long time. The workers were very annoyed that I was trying to order. The microphone to order doesn’t work and there is no sign. Just seemed like they were trying to close early and I wasn’t supposed to be there

Pulled up to the drive thru waited 5 minutes with no answer then pulled to the window and there was no staff at the order window...I guess they don't want orders or my money

The drive through speaker is broken...and now they closed the drive through window....which would be why I go there.... convenience.
Once again ordered online from Tupper Plains store at 8pm, and went to pick up my order, and when I got there @ 8:52pm I received an email stating my order was canceled. This makes 3 times they have done this too us. You have lost our business!!!

Well, the morning manager sliced ham but instructed her employees not to put it out until tomorrow, just tell people we are out of ham. How many subway sandwiches have ham on them??? The 2 girls waiting on customers had to lie to everyone who happen to order any sandwich requiring ham. Thanks Mckayla Davis( manager) for putting your employees in that situation. SHAMEFUL!!
