Especially poor service 2 items cold

Busy as all get out, food was mid at best, Alfredo was watery and the cake I go was ok

I’ve been here a handful of times and it was a busy day. My chicken tenders were good but most of my fries were hard and crunchy. We had to wait 10 minutes before the waitress came to ask what we wanted to drink, I ordered water and she brought me Coke?. The food came out relatively quickly but then we didn’t see our waitress for at least 45 minutes!!

If I could give service a negative i would

Server was super slow and rarely came by the table and no one was there. But the food was delicious and the place was clean.

FOR BEING THE 1ST TIME THERE FOOD WAS GREAT AND PRICES WERE REASONABLE DEFINITELY GONNA RETURN AGAIN.

Use caution when using your debit card here, I was charged twice on two different days for the same order. After 4 calls, Manager said he would check with his bank and call me back. Never happened. I went there today, and after talking to the Manager and getting nowhere, I requested to talk to his boss who just happened to be his Dad -Scott, also the owner. Again, got the same explanation that nothing went wrong on their end. Ironic that Brewster’s was the one that charged me twice, and on two separate days. I even showed him on my bank statement. At no time were either of them apologetic.

Ii know I’m not the first customer to have this happen to them. When I called for the first time last week, a female employee asked me. •Are you the same one that keeps calling for your money?” Mmmmm, how many other customers have had this happen? Check your statements and avoid this place.

My wife and I had our first date there 5 years ago and we've been going back ever since. We sit at the same table and it's been a wonderful experience each and every time. The service and food are always very good. The portions and prices are very adequate and reasonable. Just stop in and sit in the bar area if you're pressed for time. Haven't had the opportunity to sit on the patio or take in some live music, but I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Do give them a try.

Absolutely terrible food. Ordered the Austin chicken sandwich - was like eating leather couldn’t even chew it- turned to saw dust. Drenched in bbq sauce. Fries were completely white and soggy… waitress asked how the food was as my plate was barely touched. Told her it was disgusting and she apologized and brought us the bill. Will never go back and never suggest this place.

Fabulous lunch experience. Delicious food and very kind server. I ordered the salmon and my husband ordered the ahi tuna. We were both very pleased. We will definitely be back:)

Tuna served cold from the refrigerator! Medium to well done! Irish coffee!!!??? What was that??!! Hope bartender figures that out before St. Patrick’s Day!!! Great Band! Kiera is great server!!!

Very surprised as have never had a negative experience here! Very Disappointed!!! No Manager ever came out to chronicle us. Nothing was offered to rectify!!

Love this place!! Great variety of meals.

The food was fantastic, the atmosphere is very nice. We sat in the bar area, not busy but I think the waitress/server knew several customers there so there was a lot of talking. It took a while to have our order placed and just as long to get the credit card run.
All in all, I would recommend you check it out, it's worth it!
