Absolutely horrible service. I first went to the drive thru and waited 6 minutes without it moving at all. I then parked and went inside to order and I was sreamed at with the lady yelling the dinng room is closed at 7...it was only 6:30. I said was taking it to go. They told me to use the kiosk, first time using and I needed guidance. They would not help from behind the counter and a nice lady who was a customer helped me. I never felt so unwanted as a customer.never going back there again!!!

if i could give zero stars i would service is awful went today and they shorted me 2 sandwitches and will not answer the phone after waiting 20 minutes in line i want my other 2 sandwitches

Been trying to call to cancel my order for over a half hour now and I keep getting a busy signal. There is no reason the phone should be busy unless someone is continuously talking on it or it’s of the hook.
This is one of those chronically under-staffed Burger Kings. I walked inside to order, and, with two customers in front of me, and after waiting close to 20 minutes to order, I had to leave without ever placing an order.
I've never had a problem with the food at this location, but the wait times are bonkers.

Service here is always polite, but don't get the shakes. The shake is almost never filled all the way, when the machine isn't down for maintenance.

My fiancé sat on facetime with me for over 25 minutes from 6:35pm-7pmish. Unsure who was working but there was a very loud obnoxious woman shouting about scheduling and staffing issues as another man continues to complain about staffing with her rather than doing their jobs. The same woman proceeded to snap at an employee asking if he could clock in before 7pm to help her response was followed with “IS IT 7 YET?”. As someone who worked in food service for 10 years this is extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and overall just trashy service. Whoever the woman was that was working does not deserve to hold a position there as I am sure there are other people who would appreciate having an income rather than her threatening to leave the shift MULTIPLE times very loudly in less than 20 minutes because the shift is inconvenient for her. I understand people have tough days, but putting it on display and making a mountain out of it for customers is BEYOND me and anyone else who was just trying to get a quick meal.

Not sure is up with this Burger King, but I've had 2 visits in a row now where they told me they are only serving mobile orders around 10:30 and not serving the drive through.
