I ordered two steak bowls from here and asked for 2 cups of extra steak for each one, in both bowls it looks like they just scraped the meet from one half of the bowls and put them in the cups :/ If it was just one bowl I would think maybe they just scooped it weird but is was like half full on both!

Place is straight up dirty, I get you can be busy and it can be a lot but I’m watching one of the male employees pick things up off the ground with gloves then he wipes those gloves on his apron then uses them on the food??? Better management is needed place is loaded with flies in December!! I had asked for extra chicken the lady members pan was low she skimps me I let it pass and watch the gentleman behind me get more chicken with one scoop and he doesn’t get the extra charge, I just walked out there’s better ran chipotles

I went there over there on Saturday Night about 9 I got Good service but I found chicken in my bowl so I was so mad because I'm fully vegetarian person but it was closing too so she didn't put everything in bowl as well I found chicken chicken so I will gonna not visit again this location

Oh my God it’s so terrible half the time they don’t even add the ingredients that you request into your food. The other half the time they just to add the food to the bag. Every once in a while, corporate shows up and they pull their act together, but then it sucks again.

This place is the worse ,I ordered my phone online cause it is always hectic around lunch time ,I get my burrito and it has nothing that I requested on is just big fat nasty chunks of fat pink steak no cheese no sour cream just rice meat beans what a waste of money I pitched the junk in the garbage people go to federales they are soooo much better this place sucks

Placed an online order (8/24/2024) to pick up TWO hours before the store closed for the evening. Upon pickup, was informed that the store was out of both meats that I asked for (they substituted with something else), lettuce, cheese, and pico - basically everything that I had ordered in my two bowls. Out of it? It appeared as those the employees had cleaned up early for the night and didn’t want to open new product. Everything missing was basically perishable.

Asked to be refunded since I had paid for steak bowls (not chicken) and half the ingredients were missing from the bowl. Employees told me to contact through the website for a refund, as they couldn’t do it.

Got in the car and contacted through the website - website tells me to call the store. So I call the store back and the automated store menu won’t let me talk to a person tells me that the employees can’t handle my issue and to contact through email.

What a freaking racket. 0/10.
