Wife and I walked in for a burrito. Got tons of attitude from girl making it. Smallest burritos I've EVER had. She gave me sauce only and when I said can I please have a little meat in it (chicken) I was told it's double meat do you want to pay for that? Then both our burritos were tossed to the guy hitting the counter and bouncing bagging them. He looked at us apologetically. We left. We won't ever be back to this Chipotle. Counters were a mess noone wiping things down just horrible experience for something we regularly get and know how the atmosphere should be.

They’re out of both chicken and the new honey, chicken, and fajitas, and and they had nothing on the grill being prepared to replace them. Unfortunately, this happens frequently at this location. We left without purchasing anything.

This location will not take 40 seconds to make a quesadilla and says you have to order on the app, when I log in my app it won’t let me add a quesadilla to my cart. When I tell the workers they say there’s nothing they can do and to order on the app. All of the other chipotle I order from make in to go line. I end up ordering food somewhere else at lunch.

I don’t know what happened to this location but the burrito bowl that I received when I did UberEats had me saying where’s the rice and the beef. The chips were burnt too. Everything you can tell was cold. I want my money back this is going straight into the garbage this is ridiculous. I took the lettuce off and placed it in the lid so you can see this is what was delivered.

I did an online order. It was ready pretty quickly. I ordered a chicken burrito and instead a bowl was inside with a sticker on it for a Matt S. I had the right bag, but wrong person’s items. I’m a delivery driver so I didn’t get a chance to open the bag until I got to my first stop… an hour away. Someone else got my killer burrito and I was stuck with a bowl with chicken, rice and cheese. So I open this unappetizing bowl, I take a few bites and the chicken was disgusting, I kept spitting it out the window. I had enough and ended up giving the bowl to the crow sitting outside. You guys killed my chipotle craving.

Ordered online and got double everything in a bowl. When I got the bowl it was less than half way and half the meat I got was all fat. Doesn't even taste the same. This has happened more then once.

Usually its pretty consistent here but all week my mobile orders have been wrong with multiple ingredients missing or added. The correct order and ingredients are listed on my lid and receipt. Will remove when this stops

I ordered a steak bowl from here about a month ago. Had nothing but red old lettuce all over it , none of it smelled or looked fresh, including the steak. I was so mad I wasted money on this it wasn’t even edible I threw it away. I did the survey/ feedback on the receipt, tried calling the store , and got absolutely no feedback. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.

The food is all dried out, one employee was doing all the work by herself while the other four were just gossiping. We left without eating there since the food looked bad and the place was unclean.

I am no longer visiting this location. Dining tables dirty, the iced tea tasted rancid. Poor management, slow workers. Things have changed at this location in the last 6 months; what happened to the efficient workers that were there several months ago? One younger gal named Julia with reddish brown hair that was so helpful serving at the counter, smiled, and dished out the proportions I requested. Another younger man I used to see is gone. Must be poor management.

This is a review about online ordering - I don't understand it, but when ordering "hard shell tacos" at the Twinsburg, OH store. The hard shell tacos is substituted with soft tortilla without warning the customer. This is unacceptable. Hard shells are gluten free; soft tortillas are not gluten free, so thereby substituting an ingredient with an allergy in the meal will cause gastrointestinal pain from Celiac disease. I'm not sure whoever is processing orders if they're too lazy to go find hard shell tacos or not educated about allergies. But the worker and management at this store need to understand you CANNOT substitute hard shells for soft tortillas. I am letting the public know about this store, which is funny because this issue only happens at the Twinsburg location. I've let Chipotle Corporate know that this issue has been happening for months and they reply "sorry tee hee, here's a free drink for the inconvenience"... a free drink is not going to fix the hunger at that moment and the need to find another meal to eat in a pinch. So frustrating Twinsburg, so frustrating.
