Came out of the way for this location because reviews were better 3.6 compared to the 2 star locations. Get here & they’re out of shredded lettuce & vinaigrette. I just left & figured something else out because they sell salads but have no alternative dressing all this time. They’re guaranteed to be out of something constantly at any location. This location will not take 40 seconds to make a quesadilla and says you have to order on the app, when I log in my app it won’t let me add a quesadilla to my cart. When I tell the workers they say there’s nothing they can do and to order on the app. All of the other chipotle I order from make in to go line. I end up ordering food somewhere else at lunch.

It is what it is and I still don't know why people go there. They heat the burrito tortilla and then put on a stainless steel countertop, so soon it's cold again, they add the beans and meat (I think rice is a sacrilege in burritos), which are hot but then they add everything else cold, then wait to pay and by then the meat and beans are cold again.
