Employees should not be left with the task to let customers know what flavors are no longer being served. It should be corporates duty/obligation to put aside the alloted time and expense to change signage at the appropriate times. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went there for lunch sat in the Drive-Thru lane for 20 minutes waiting to order. Then when I finally got my food it wasn't my food. It was somebody else's because they messed up the order. Not to mention it. Took them another 10 minutes to cook the food which made me late back to work

Do not get Mobile orders from here. They do not understand they're pre ordered and that means comes before every other customer in line. This place is horrendous. Waited 25 mins for 4 cones. Meanwhile the kid has his elbow on the front counter doing nothing, while the 3 kids looking at you by the fry station doing nothing either. Not 1 person is over 16 years old. Have some people that have worked a day in their life before! If you love long lines and absurd times come here, And don't go to Handels down the street, they always have orders ready to go!

Throughout the years, this is the only fast food where the service is consistently friendly. I'm not claiming I come here a crazy amount of times but each visit, in a span of over seven years - I can't deny the people are always friendly no matter who takes the order/is working at the time.

We occasionally stay at a hotel near this restaurant. I went inside to order because I was not familiar with their menue. It was busy and chaotic. Someone else got my order, so they had to make mine again. I had ordered 1 double cheeseburger and 2 regular cheeseburgers, but I got 3 regular sandwiches instead. I didn't realize this until I got back to the hotel. A week later, when we were in Twinsburg again, we decided to go through the drive thru. This time, they were fast and accurate, and the food was hot and delicious.
