I used to always go to the Stow location living in aurora, for my fiance's birthday I thought I switched it up and come to the Twinsburg location. I got a custom cake with an image that was barely stretched across the cake, the one in Stowe would have had it across the whole cake not just a little part of it. My whole experience I was rushed from the times I talked to the management to the time I went to the store to pick it up today. The box that day chose to put it in is a new box and I almost dropped the cake five different times the box is not sealed nor does it have tape on it and it is very flimsy, the old box used to fit in my freezer perfectly in this new box does not fit in there at all almost losing the cake for the 6th time trying to get it into the freezer I decided that I have to take the cake out of the box and put it into the freezer like that for a while until I could figure it out. Of all the jobs that I've had in food industry and in customer service I would never and I repeat never treat my customers so rudely like they don't even matter just brushing them off as quickly as humanly can when it's not even busy inside. From here forward I will start going back to Stow I don't care if it takes me 5 hours to get there I want what I paid for customer service is a part of it folks. I hope that a manager or somebody hires sees this because my experience was absolutely terrible horrific and I think that they need to do something about it I won't be calling corporate later on tomorrow.

I understand that each dairy Queen is a locally owned and operated franchise, but this DQ is significantly higher than others I've been to. The same meal that I buy for $14 rounded up at the stow franchise location was over $17 here. Advertised a 4pc with fries for 7.49, large drink 2.99. wanted to substitute a large cheese curd for the french fries that were included. A la carte the cheese curds are advertised is $6.99. I received zero credit for the substitution and they charged me a la carte for everything. The combo rang up as 10.99 on the receipt, the cheese curds rang up as $5.99 on the receipt, and the drink rang up as 1.09.

They don't review the order with you at the speaker or show you what anything is ringing up on a screen so there's no way to discuss it until you get to the window and get your receipt. So however they have it programmed in their system looks like they're always charging more than what they are advertising. Transparency would be nice.

Ordered a hamburger with onion, pickle and mustard. They gave me a plain burger. I asked it to be made again and repeated what I wanted on it. Somehow, they managed to make it wrong again. I asked for my money back and received no apology whatsoever. Strange times.

Sweetest Service Ever — Thank You Abby & Twinsburg Dairy Queen Team!

I just had one of the funniest — and most heartwarming — customer service experiences ever at your Twinsburg location!

After volunteering at Hope Community Church, I stopped by Dairy Queen to treat myself and my daughter to some ice cream and milkshakes. As always, everything was delicious! But the real cherry on top came a few minutes later…

While driving home, my daughter called me and said, “Mama, you forgot your credit card at Dairy Queen.” I was shocked — how could she know that before I did?

Turns out, her amazing friend Abby, who works at your location, had already texted my daughter to let her know! In just about two minutes, I was alerted and on my way back to retrieve my card. Talk about lightning-fast service and the power of friendship!

This kind of care, awareness, and kindness is what makes your store feel like a community hub, not just a place for frozen treats. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Abby and her mom for raising such a thoughtful and responsible young lady, and to the entire Dairy Queen team for creating a place where little acts of kindness and connection happen naturally.

We came for the ice cream… and left with full hearts (and a recovered credit card!). ❤️🍦

With gratitude,
Svetlana Novak
