I was hoping to start my day with Sabrina's Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso, but the drive-thru experience left me feeling more sour than sweet. The girl taking my order could definitely use a little more espresso in her tone instead of just focusing on the espresso in my coffee! Her tone was cold, like a stale glazed, and her attitude gave off the wrong kind of vibe — not exactly the "running on Dunkin'" energy I was expecting. A smile you can hear makes all the difference, and unfortunately, her sour notes left a hole in my mood bigger than the center of a donut.

A little warmth, a sprinkle of kindness, and a dash of politeness would go a long way in making sure the drive-thru is more of a joy ride than a grind. Remember, good vibes are the best brew for customer satisfaction!

It should be criminal that they charge you to eat here. Your money would be better spent on literally anything else.

I placed an order through Grub Hub. I tried to go through the app but they don't deliver. The sandwich was perfect. I ordered extra bacon and got it! The hash browns were cold and soggy. The latte was good but lukewarm. But the taste of everything was delicious!

Never ever have been given a napkin without asking. That and the lack of in many other ways is serious. No sweat— but start handing out napp, jerks.

Horrible service. Employees here are very immature and rude. They continue to forget items I have ordered and I have to remind them each time. I will not be returning back to this location. They lost a customer.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant why did they give me (a taco) a egg cheese and bacon wrap and I ordered loaded hash browns the cheese was cold I had to put it in the microwave. 12.00 just a waste of time and money people need to listen the manager was no help I didn't even get a receipt but kept asking me to donate. Couldn't get my order right and I had to go to work they didn't try to fix anything. Ugh! Listen Louder!

Every time i placed a door dash order the order is messed up. I ordered loaded hash browns with no bacon, and every time order was received my hash brows had bacon on them. The workers do not pay attention to the orders , and be rushing to prepare causing someone to get sick do to not be able to eat meat. This has happened several times at this location. Tried calling the store to inform them, but can’t get through the line on the website.

The service here is horrible in the morning. Every time I order a refresher from this location the taste is inconsistent. This morning I placed a mobile order for a large refresher with light ice & received a medium with a bunch of ice. The hash browns I ordered taste like they had been sitting from the night before I mean straight up disgusting. Lastly my bacon, egg, & cheese wrap tasted like I was eating some sort of paper every time I took a bite. I'm convinced some kind of paper was left on during the cooking process. They were swamped with Mobile orders, walk in, & drive through orders that the service/quality lacked badly! I was running late for work so unfortunately I had no time to get any of my issues resolved.

Poor service , long waiting lines , mobile order delivery is slow . I think Dunkin Donuts have left this store to God’s Hand . It is surviving on its own . Hopeless service, slow staff ! Better Store should be closed .

hit or miss going here. sometimes you wait 5 minutes sometimes you wait 25. more than half the time your drink order is messed up, and the staff have no idea what you ordered when you come up to the window. it’s ridiculous

Shady practices! Don’t order when using their app early in the morning, because they might not actually be open when it says they are. They will have no problem taking your money though. Almost a week later and still haven't received a refund for an order placed that I could not pick up because although all the lights were on, I was left to sit at the drive thru with zero response. Waited for my coffee for 12 minutes before i had to leave for work WITHOUT MY ORDER. I should not have to go through multiple channels and wait a week to get my money back.
