Took our group after a winter hike, front person did well at getting all our orders right, taking gift cards, and giving free doughnuts as we order our drinks. Bacon jam sandwiches were a hit, as was the new strawberry dreamer drink. Place is clean and friendly.

Came through the drive through at around 3:30 on 12/15. The employee mentioned after paying that he probably made our drinks wrong (which sadly was the case) I usually don't go out of my way to post reviews unless I feel like its needed. This place has gone way down hill. Don't go here....Theirs plenty of better places to get coffee.

Morning of Dec 10th, 745am -- drive through staff was incredibly rude. Messed up my order and told me to get off my butt and walk in next time. Who does that? True jerk. Blonde kid
Whoever was working 12/3 at 7:30pm they turned on the voice memo speaker they were closed and didn’t take my order even though there were 2 people standing inside looking out the drive thru window, and it says on google y’all don’t close till 9 pm
When your the only person in line and they ask you to pull around. Why? Huge waste of time running employees outside. Ive been to many dunkin donuts and this place is the only one that does it. They dont listen very well either.

I visited yesterday and the younger crew were in the uniform shirts and on cue. However, a middle aged woman who seemed out of it was literally wearing fleece pajama bottoms, a zip up hoodie and her house slippers, !?!?!? I think she truly rolled out of bed and into the store. I felt sorry for the younger crew who seemed to be taking direction from her. Poor example.
I was in the drive-thru line getting a simple order, it took 20 minutes just to get up to the window. I took into consideration that there were 4-5 cars in front of me. Still seems a little excessive.

Went to the drive-thru today on my way home from work, hungry and exhausted, excited to eat something and get a cup of coffee. I waited 15 minutes (I was only behind 3 cars initially) only to recieve a cold egg and bacon sandwich on a hard croissant, and a lukewarm iced coffee with hardly any ice in it. I was in a hurry to get home and didn't notice until I was back on the road. I'll remember to avoid this one next time!!

We stopped going to Dunkin about a year ago because of the inconsistencies and thought I’d give it another try today while on my way home from the store with my kids. Ordered a medium hot chai and when I got home and took a sip, it tasted like warm milk. It’s not even hot at all, it’s warm. No chai flavor at all even though the label says 3 chai syrup and it’s super foamy like a cappuccino. I used to get their hot chais all the time because they were so good! 4.90 for hot, flavorless milk that I could’ve had at home for free.

Drive thru - 2nd time this happened. Line took forever.
Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant.
The eggs must come already cooked from the warehouse, makes sense. I would assume you would heat them. My croissant was very, very hot but the egg & cheese came right from the refrigerator - ice cold!
Ordered coffee w/2 creams, 2 sugars - got iced coffee instead. Guess I’m from the old generation should have specified HOT.
2nd time almost same thing, ordered bacon and got sausage. Got the iced coffee again instead of the hot.
Poor girl at the register, you could tell was upset. I would’ve complained at the time but felt sorry for her and the people behind me What is going on 😵💫

For something that wasn't even fast, the hash browns weren't cooked through, limp and falling apart, the amount of bacon on the sourdough breakfast sandwich was laughable. Do better.
I stop here often on my way to work, and it’s been very disappointing. The food is fine, but the drinks are consistently made wrong. I usually order tea or hot chocolate, and maybe one out of ten comes out the way it should. Most of the time they’re watered down and flavorless, which is incredibly frustrating when I’m paying for them. It shouldn’t be this hard for the staff to make basic drinks correctly — it’s part of their job. I’ve tried tasting them right away, but they’re always too hot to check until later, and by then it’s just another bad start to my morning. This Dunkin’ really needs to step up its quality, because right now it’s just unacceptable.

Just went for a donut at 7:20pm. Shelves were bare and we were told he just tossed all of them for the day. When we asked when they close for the day he said 8.
Okay. So why did he toss the donuts?

Lately every time I go there, they mess up my order. I usually order 2 orders of the bagel minis, they charge me for 2 orders, but then only give me one. This has happened several times over the past month or so.
