Best ice cream in Cleveland!

This place never disappoints. I ordered a Chocolate peanut butter brownie Quart and love it. Thank you! The lady at the window was nice and professional and gave me spoons and napkins. At first, I had a weird interaction with one of the female staff cleaning outside. She gave me a weird stare and didn’t tell me which window was open. Communication could have been included, but otherwise wonderful experience!

Awesomeness in a waffle cone. I was really impressed.

This place is always busy which tells you the quality of the service and the ice cream. I never mind waiting everyone is super friendly there.

Just went by today 6/19/25 to pick up some ice cream for my mom. I was handed my pint of ice cream, and asked could I please have a spoon and a napkin, the young lady replied we always give a spoon and a napkin, and proceeded to slam the window in my face.
I was very embarrassed as there are people standing beside me waiting for their orders also.
I looked inside my bag and noticed there were no napkins and no spoon so I went back to the window and knocked and another girl came to the window and I informed her that I in fact did not have a spoon and napkins and asked if I could please have one.
The young lady ‘smirked’ like it was a total joke And said “we are supposed to always put a spoon of napkin with our orders” She also had an attitude with me in which I told her. ‘This is the reason why I always ask before I walk away and have to come back for a spoon & napkin.
Like the low rated comment before me; I received the same attitude and smirk from two girls working behind the counter and felt it was time to leave a negative review because this type of behavior is unacceptable and will eventually start hurting this business,
I looked at her and said ‘this is the third time that I picked up an order and it didn’t have napkins nor spoons in it, and I just wanted to let you guys know.’
This particular 2nd Worker has curly hair and the first Worker was shorter than this young lady,
There is no reason for the teenagers working at this establishment to behave in a manner that they are towards adults. And I’m sorry that I have to even leave a review of three stars but this is getting to be a consistent energy that I’m getting when I do come there and I feel it’s time now that people see my review.
The ice cream is incredible! But I’m not gonna pay money to have a bunch of smart mouth, workers be disrespectful and slamming the sliding window at me when I’ve done nothing wrong.
To make matters worse, the number that the management they left for the previous/recent negative review is NOT the Manager’s phone number.
It’s my mother‘s home phone number; which makes sense why she gets a lot of calls from people wanting to talk with the Manager/Management.

Super crowded on a Sunday evening. Long wait. Ice Cream was good.

The staff was nice and friendly.

The ice cream had ice crystals, kinda surprised where they claim made daily. Homemade or handmade doesn't mean that it's all homemade ingredients in it. Lots of synthetic and artificial things. The coffee ice cream tasted synthetic. I wanted to like it but just didn't.

Ordered a banana split for $7.50 and it only had 4 small slices of a banana. I asked where the banana was and was told that is all they are allowed to put in it.
