Jintao & Zhao did our wedding cake and macarons for our wedding this past weekend and have exceeded all of our expectations! Not only was our cake stunning but it was DELICIOUS! From ordering, to pick up and all of the communication in between, our experience was more than amazing! We recommend this bakery & family to any and everyone for all of your needs! Even Batter has been a family favorite of ours. My daughter had them do her wedding cake in 2023, and it was fabulous! That experience had led them to be our go-to for special event cakes/cupcakes. They re wonderful to work with and strive to provide exactly what you want. They have done both of my daughter’s baby showers and I can’t recommend them enough.

You can tell the owners of Even Batter care are passionate about their cakes and cupcakes! It shows in every single one of their cakes. They are all delicious and decorated perfectly. We have tried many of their flavors through the years and they are all so good that we don't have a favorite! 10/10 come here for you cake needs!!

Literally, every single flavor of cupcake is absolutely amazing! But my personal favorite item is their blueberry cookies. I could eat my weight in them! The people there are extremely kind and its overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

I planned a public fundraiser event and asked for donations from area businesses of Twinsburg. We received several generous donations, but what impressed me the most was the personal connection with Jean and her son Zhu. Now here’s the best part- we put out the donated samples of cupcakes and macarons and they sat there for a bit until one person tasted a macaron and went crazy about how good it was and gluten free!! Then a crowd gathered around the cupcakes reading the flavors and at first a bit shy, but once the first person tasted the cupcake, all they could say was that these were NOT ordinary cupcakes- you MUST try one. Needless to say the frenzy began and because we all met the owners, and heard their story, and tasted their amazing pastries…they were asking if they could take one home for someone special….5 stars Plus!! You Must order soon! A party, celebration and even a gift!!

I stopped in on a whim, and found a true gem! Absolutely wonderful people, and delicious cupcakes, cookies, and macarons! There was a wide variety of flavors to choose from; I had a hard time limiting myself to six! I'm so glad I decided to visit, and I will definitely be back.

Have used them several times for personal and business events. Amazing and delicious! Everyone raves about how wonderful it is!

So, I’m giving 4 stars based upon having a special order cake, enjoying a cupcake, and enjoying the cheesecake cupcakes. I ordered a specialty TARDIS cake for my mother’s birthday as she is a huge Doctor WHO fan. It looked spot on like what I’d asked for, and in buttercream no less (fondant is cute, but practically inedible because it’s just frankly chewy and not too tasty). There were just a few details added that were in fondant. The icing was delicious; my experience with dark colored icings is they are usually quite bitter and unpleasant, but this was sweet and delightful. The cupcakes are equally as lovely. The only reason I’m holding that 5th star is the cheesecake cupcakes were a bit more cheese consistency than cake. While they were divinely delicious, they require a spoon or fork, and plate to be eaten. I would definitely still buy them again (particularly the raspberry or the salted caramel), but I’ll be better prepared when serving them.
