Walked in on a Sunday night to get a sandwich. The older white lady that made my sandwich wrong and very skimpy and she was very rude/aggressive . I also think she was high I spend a lot of money throughout different Jersey Mike’s especially the ones that’s closer to my home. The young man that was making my sandwich was very nice when I asked him to change his gloves because he touched the pickle and juice was dripping off of his gloves. The young lady that was at the register seems to have an attitude when I asked her to change her gloves before she touch the sandwich because she touched the register that is not sanitary. People work too hard for their money to be patronizing, restaurants and not getting good service on the fact that you get mad when people ask you to change your glove or they’re unsatisfied with their sandwich. The plot thickens when we walked out of the restaurant we turned around and seeing her talking about the situation In front of another customer that is very unprofessional. Not knowing we knew the customer.

The steak sandwich tastes great and was very hot. The problem is the portion. You are paying $10 for it and there’s not enough steak for that dollar amount. Let’s not be cheap.

I was feeling very rushed when ordering with what was a shift mgr/Kimmy. It wasn’t closing time but I felt like I was infringing on her time as she was already cleaning up, as if the day was done at 7:15. It was not the atmosphere or attitude that I was expecting from a Jersey Mike’s. I will be visiting other locations from now on, not the Twinsburg location until they find more friendly workers.

The staff prioritizes online and DoorDash orders over customers coming in the restaurant. So if you don’t want to get frustrated — just order online. You’ll stand in line for a long time before being helped. Watched it with the family ahead of me, then for myself and the lady behind me. Took entirely too long to get food.

Literally ordered one sandwich with gluten free bread and was told to sit and wait. Then three employees proceeded to serve an entire family of four, and another single patron before even attempting my order. In addition, a poor young employee kept getting scolded by an older employee for making a small, simple mistake. Literally got my wife’s food and left. Go down the road 4 miles and hit the Streetsboro location.

Told them not to cut my sandwich and tape the wrapper shut. They did neither and dropped it on the floor. They refused to remake it or refund it.

I love this Jersey Mike's location! I pass by several locations on my daily commute, but always stop at this one because Kimmy and crew are so much fun! The food is delicious, the facility is clean, and the people are SO nice! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
