Came in this Sunday at 3pm no customers in the store. Rude red headed lady ignored me and did not greet me rudely asked what I wanted. Her demeanor was awful and her long pony tail was not tucked at all. Not sure her name but this store has an attitude problem it's always this vibe of "we don't want to serve you please leave"

By far the worst location I have ever been to. Very disorganized, slow, wrong orders, terrible customer service. They had a customer shout at them because he had waited over 15 minutes and they got his order wrong, they then proceeded to act confused and when he left they were talking about him to each other in front of other customers with a long line. Unprofessional is an understatement .

I received the stingiest of the stingy. My sandwich has so little on it I thought someone picked some of the veggies and bacon off. I online ordered a BLT. I did not get such a sandwich I got little to no B, some L, barely T. For almost $10 I should get more than what I got. If you order from here, order at the restaurant. Do not order online because they will skimp the hell out of you.
Impressive clean store. Impressive well groomed conscientious employees and tasty subs. Not like the one in Streetsboro I went to for lunch. It was like night and day! So glad I tried the Twinsburg store!!!!
