Anytime I order here late my food is always rushed and not made right. I asked for well done pizza instead I got pizza that wasn’t even barely done in general. The dough was very nasty due to not being fully cooked. Very gummy and weird. The crust should be buttery & have the garlic butter spread on it & it’s not. The toppings aren’t evenly distributed. Won’t be back I’m tired of my order being not made correctly

I asked for my pizza to be double cut as in go over the cut twice so the pizza can easily be taken apart and they cut my pizza into half inch slices. I called up there and the guy didn’t offer to replace the pizza just said oh they just of messed up … due to me living 30 minutes away i didn’t go back but this will be my last time going here it’s always something here especially with the night crew

The night crew at this location is very unprofessional almost every time I place my order after 9 PM anytime towards the weekend or on the weekends. This location is very unprofessional when you walk in they are blasting loud ghetto music. The workers barely want to greet you and the order is never correct today I walked in an Indian man was sitting on his phone. I had to stare him down for him to get up and assist me. He then doesn’t greet me. I tell him the name of the order he gives me the order. I leave something tells me to check my order. The wings had no sauce on them, even though the receipt says buffalo very clear on the receipt, I go back in. I’ll let him know. He didn’t have the order to a female, who then puts the sauce over the wings and doesn’t even shake the wings. This was just very unprofessional and I won’t be back here. I’m tired of coming here placing my order in the order is not correct. Also, I witnessed both of my times coming in today the phone ringing and everyone ignoring the phone

I was in Marco's last night 12/21/24 I've always been skeptical of getting my pizza at night because the night crew has always been a disaster versus the day crew. However, the new manager George strictly professional. He made my pizza precisely the way that I liked it. It was the best pizza I had from Marcos in a long time since Nathan left. He is an asset to your company. I hope you all appreciate him and do not burn him out!! I hope you pay him well and I will continue to spend my money there because after Nathan left Domino's was getting my money and Domino's is a s*** show But it's not like we have a lot to choose from in twinsburg. So thank you George for giving me back my confidence with Marco's.

Asked for a simple request. Can you mix a little bbq with marinara? Guy said he couldn’t, we don’t do that here and hung up. Very irritated. It is not rocket science. Customer service is why people shop at business. Hire people who understand how business works. Not lazy people who do the least to get by.

Terrible I ordered a medium xtra cheese pepperoni and sausage with slight xtra sauce, definitely wasn’t xtra cheese on my pizza, I called the manager her response was we weigh our cheese, didn’t offer anything, my pizza literally tasted like a dollar store generic frozen pizza, management did reach out and I’m satisfied with the response and they explained what went wrong and made things right I appreciate this Marcos location will definitely continue to patronize
