Waited my entire hour long lunch break in the drive through line and still had to drive away before I ever got my food. I literally spent 45 minutes sitting in line and still never paid or got anything. There’s being busy and then there’s just being incompetent.

Although I’ve shared my experience with the manager, I definitely want to make it public! I’m impressed with the way this team works together to encourage each other during some of the busiest moments. I’ve witnessed calm voices, respectful language, and team support on numerous occasions. On one particular day, I remember observing an angry customer, a long drive-thru line, and a long line inside! Yet, there was one team member, who took the initiative to encourage the team by reminding them that they were getting closer to completing all of their orders. She then apologized to the angry customer, replaced the food item, and continued to encourage the team!

Rude, forgot drinks so we had to ask for them, and kicked everyone out of the lobby the minute it closed. Have a big sign refusing to serve minors without someone over 25. Absolutely ridiculous and sad. Serving teens is just part of working a restaurant- coming from a fellow fast food employee. Mild inconvenience does not equal refusing to run a normal establishment. Total lack of decent service and competence. At least the food itself was decent, other than the way it wasn't wrapped right or assembled well, and the soda syrup being turned way down to save money.

These people that work here are incompetent, completely. They give you a bag with a sticker that has your order on it and put the complete wrong food in the bag. They dont deserve minimum wage

i've waited in line over 20 minutes. for the last 10, the line has not moved at all. this is upsetting and one of the worst wait times i've ever experienced.

It's hit or miss here. They appear to be having staffing issues so sometimes waits are longer. Orders are typically correct and the food is warm.

Milkshake machine down.

Another visit and they want to give me a vanilla shake with a streak of chocolate and call it a chocolate shake. Then, not give me a refund, just run another shake that ends up the same. Ridiculous. You are going to look at this and adamantly profess that it's a chocolate shake. If I could rate this place less than a one, I would.

The terminal states to enter a table number but they don't bring the food to you, you have to get it.

The double cheeseburger had 1 patty and 2 pieces of cheese. Lazy job from the burger boy on 10/7/25 at 8:00. Will be returning because it is close. Hope I get 2 patties next time.

IVE BEEN COMING IN HERE FOR MONTHS AND NO ONE IN THE KITCHEN WHERES A HAIR NET!! THEIR HAVE IS IN THEIR FACES WHILE PREPARING FOOD. MOST OF THE TIME THE RESTAURANT IS DIRTY! IM AFRAID TO ASK FOR ANYTHING BUT A CUP FOR SOME WATER, SMH
