Gave me old cooked chicken, asked for barbecue chicken, but was too lazy to make it, so gave me old chicken with barbecue sauce to dip the chicken in it. Took $48 dollars worth of chicken to a soup kitchen.

I made a drivethrough order and it tasted burnt. it was not edible and end up in the trash very disappointing being i don’t often get to Mr. Chicken. will never be going to the location again

Have never been to this Mr. Chicken before. Initially tried to call but they said they do not take phone call orders. Upon arrival, I was greeted unenthusiastically by this gentleman who gave off the vibe of not wanting to be there. They did not have chicken buckets here and ordered the 3 piece wednesday special pointing to the sign at the front of the store for 7.99. Received my bill and and then noticed he charged me for 11.99 each. I asked him why? He said he forgot the day of the week. I guess he must not have heard me say wednesday special and misunderstood my pointing at the sign outside when he punched in my order. At the same time, I overheard someone order green beans as the side. When I had asked him initially about options to the sides, he said only cole slaw. I asked if he could switch out the cole slaw for green beans. Someone in the back yelled out it would be a $1 upcharge on all three orders. I said to make it easier, don't change my $11.99 per order and just switch out the cole slaws for green beans for all 3. They agreed. A few minutes later, got my order. Sat down to have the meal and only one had green beans. Either intentional or inept or maybe both. Food was otherwise good. Too bad as I won't be going back here again with this service. I miss the mr chicken that was in solon. They were great and you could buy the bucket.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Chicken. Despite scheduling my pickup for 6:00 PM, my order was still not ready when I arrived. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I was met with frustration when I inquired about a missing item. The staff's response was unprofessional and made me feel like I was being unreasonable for wanting my order to be correct. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking reliable customer service or timely order fulfillment.

We got takeout. The worst "tenders" I've had. You can get better tenders out a bag frozen for a fraction of the price. And the serving sizes are pitiful. Along with these great prices today...... never going back

Whoever was on the drive thru 08/10 around 8:30pm was acting EXTREMELY childish. He kept repeating my order back to me WRONG then told me he would check if they could accommodate my order twice and both times didn’t check just had me waiting and waiting then when I said never mind I don’t want anything he said wait wait wait I’ll check now. The service was TERRIBLE just a complete waste of my time. All the kids in there working was just chilling on the counters on the phone joking around

I just went to Twinsburg Mr Chicken for the first time ever and will not go back. I ordered online for me and some co-workers not knowing how incredibly inconvenient the process would be. Even though they have sandwiches and a wrap available to buy on the menu it wouldn't let me order them online. I couldn't proceed with my purchase unless those items were removed. So we got tenders instead, which were just ok. I drove to the location for my pickup and couldn't park bc the lot is too small and the drive thru line was backed up to the street. I had to drive around and park in another business' parking lot and walk around to the front door. Door is locked "drive thru only" it says. Why would I have to wait in drive-thru behind people who haven't ordered when they could have just placed my food on a table and I could have picked it up and walked away?? There was a sign outside with a # to call for curbside pickup. I called the number and the person said they'd bring my food out to me. They never brought my food. So then I had to walk back to my car parked elsewhere and drive back to the restaurant and wait in the drive-thru line behind people who hadn't ordered in advance like me. Absolutely ridiculous. To improve you should have online food orders ready and available for pickup when the customer arrives....like the rest of the world.

After waiting a while and confirming our order at the window we still had some wrong and missing items. On top of that the chicken was dry and cold and the fries were cold too. I am ok with waiting if it means the food will be fresh but to my disappointment that was not the case.

It’s a rainy wednesday afternoon today and the ‘b’ that’s attending drive thru customers need to be punished and removed from her job ASAP as she is being racial and hurling abuses at customers. One cannot scream and annoy customers in such a manner and make their day bad. If you do not like the job you are doing or is not interested in it, you better leave ‘b’ instead of bring down the reputation of the business that employed you. I wonder how such a ‘b’ got a job in the first place.

I went here yesterday and ordered two chicken wraps and fries. The fries were thrown in the bottom of bag no containers and the sauce was doused on the wrap it was fresh but slow down put the fries on a little bag and make wraps neat not sloppy ijs

The worse facility ever. I went to this location back in March- told the young gentleman I wanted well done and fresh out of the grease- well my chicken was pink and some of the chicken looked stale..I drove a hour to get there..I called the location and the black lady manager apologized and told me to email(frc17twins1) which I did with photo of chicken. SHE also states use your phone nbr anywhere and any date.well, went yesterday gave my nbr and husband nbr and employees said nothing is popping up .wow..I called the Twinsburg facility and rude manager ( same lady and voice) told me she been working 17 hours and I need to hurry up and drive to her location cause they are close and basically get the bottom of the barrel or cold chicken..it was 9:08 pm and they close at 9pm..I was at the better Mr.chicken in Maple hts. I told her no why should I drive that far when you meaning she told me I can use anytime and anywhere..she was so rude to me over the phone that I drop a tear .it's not my fault she work those hours I didn't need to know that..she signed up for that job. To be rude to me and screaming it's not professional nor good customer service..My stomach was turnted off from that place because of the way the cook that's why I wanted to go to Maple..So , now I'm out of 19 bucks for my 10 piece of chicken only which I purchase in March and threw into the trash for nothing plus my feelings were hurt..This is the worse Mr Chicken ever and ghetto manager .
