We were having internet issues at our office with Spectrum and I needed a non spectrum internet place for my team to go and work for a couple hours. When I called to ask about internet I was so rudely told by a woman that she was too busy to ask anyone about the internet. When I asked if there was someone else I could speak to she told me she was too busy to ask and "it's kinda lunchtime here". We'll find somewhere else to spend our money... you should too.

Great location! Order is always right, but putting 4 stars because the consistency isn't always spot on (sandwiches are smaller than normal & not made as well every time). Also, have ordered off the app multiple times & a few times they say they are out of what was ordered, usually bakery items. Wish the store could update the app a bit quicker to show sold out items

Somehow can't seem to be able to read the ticket and get the proper order in the bag. Had to go back and was treated like I was inconveniencing them what a joke. Manager was hopeless, worker to busy BS ing and not paying attention to customers or their orders. Take your overpriced terrible service and shove it where the su don't shine. Attitude cost you customers for life. ✌️out Panera I'LL make sure I tell anyone who listen about this experience.

This morning, it felt like it took forever to get our bagels toasted. We were waiting, while employees were just standing around and chatting, not doing anything till we complained.

I am going to tell you about the last two interactions with this Panera Bread. They were both next level stupid.
1.) Ordered a large door dash order for about 8 of us. They forgot a sandwich. No big deal, but I called and to get it refunded and they told me they don't have the ability to refund but I can come pick up a new sandwich, ummmmm OK.
2.) Went in today to buy some baguettes for a home meal. The kid behind the counter said they didn't have any bread. He said this while standing in front of several hundred loaves of bread, fully baked, on the giant racks. I inquired about those, and was told, those are for tomorrow. I said, I am here right now, why wouldn't you want to sell those today, and was met with a baffled look and then offered some plain bagels.
Moral of the story, avoid this panera bread. If you really want the food, go to Solon. It's cleaner and they seem to have their act together.

Arrived at 9:27....stood in line behind 3 people who had been waiting don't know how long for someone to appear at the counter and take their order. The lady in front of me started looking around and asked, " is anybody working behind the counter?"At 9:33, a cashier came and began taking orders. Early morning, people are not trying to stand in line waiting for someone to come to the register just to place an order....one person cooking, one person taking orders....hire more people if necessary!
Ordered 4 steak & wake side, there was hardly any meat I divided the 3 side to make 2 and it was scraps. I talked to Amanda she said the meat is weighted, so I got a a big piece of egg scraps for meat would not even make a sandwich and over microwave/oven hard cheese. I liked the salads I spent 43.45 I am going to send this review to the corporate office. That’s just not fair the picture looks perfect. However, that is not what I got Victoria

Updated review, they make great products, very consistently,however you can't order to go without taking everything out of the bag to verify its correct because they mess up all the time. They very rarely mark the sandwiches at all and they will forget things entirely. This is a management issue as you can put systems in place to verify everything is in a bag before you tape it shut. I know it's hard to find good workers but come on...
