This place is always short-staffed and takes a long time to prepare food. I ordered a sandwich and salad at 6pm, and the app showed a 6:30 pickup time, but I received it at 7:10, even though it was a rapid pickup. Seriously, how long does it take to make a sandwich and salad? The app indicated it was ready, but it never actually was. I asked a staff member about my order, and she said they were still working on it. After another 10 minutes, I asked again, and they started looking for it. I finally got my order after over an hour. Now, I go to Macedonia Panera Bread instead, even though I live in Twinsburg.

The days of Panera Bread being an enjoyable dining experience are long gone. Look no further than the Twinsburg location of Panera. Visited during the dinner hour on a Sunday evening and I don't think there were more than three people working, with no one at the registers. The place was so dimly lit, I thought it might have been closed. Dirty dishes were not only stacked up at the trash receptacles, but also on tables. My tepid 'bowl' of soup seemed barely more than a quarter cup, while my sandwich wasn't warm and sloppily served up, to boot. Just sad all the way around. I won't be back.

Barley any chicken barley any avocado barley any sauce. It’s like I’m eating a dry piece of bread. I buy this thing every other day from this store and they’re sucking on me hard now.

Visited Panera in Twinsburg 30 minutes ago. I placed my To Go order. The counter person put in the wrong items. Mistakes happen and I was OK with it being corrected. I even said I would take the wrong items but I still needed a large coffee. Then I was asked questions that did not make sense. So I said to just cancel the order. The manager got involved to return my money. His comment was that mistakes happen. I could not agree more. But the other questions still did not make sense. I tried to explain that. Based on the look I was given and how I was treated by the manager I will have to think long and hard before returning. I spend quite a bit of money at Panera at Twinsburg and Austintown since the first is close to the Cleveland Clinic and the second is close to the nursing home where my mother lives. I just may have to find a new place for coffee and something to eat. This rating is based on the manager, not the employee.
