Plan and simple. Take out_ burger and fries_ 10 -15mins_ less than 10 peeps in there_ took.almost.30 minutes_ I get soggy fries on on sandwiches, maybe,_ but coming home and doing this after leaving a 5.50 tip on a 14.5 burger, after working a 10 hr. day... 🤷♂️

My order was completely wrong I called it in and I was gone grab a drink from bar once I arrived while I waited for my food I went to the bar when I arrived before even telling them I had a to go I sat there for about 5 min was never greeted or offered service I then got up went to host paid and tipped and waited for the order to get all the way home and the order was wrong…I take some of the blame for not checking my bag before I left 🤦🏽♀️ this was my first and last visit I didn’t feel welcome and didn’t get what I ordered! I don’t understand why it’s so hard for these restaurants to verify your order and also check each bag before it leaves the door! Food is expensive just take a couple minutes to double check each bag to at least make sure the right order is being handed over! I’m so disappointed and I live too far to go back 🤦🏽♀️ I’ll just drive to the Highland Hts one they get me right every time but this one has always been in the direction of my home! Please do better next time!

Food was unfortunately straight awful. It seems as though they have went down in quality a LOT. Service was really good but the food consistently came across as some microwaved, dry, incomplete meal. Spent $60 on a few items as well. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone really…
