I just got food poisoning from this location. My husband went in and got me a cold brew. He said they had him use cream sitting on the counter that had probably been sitting out all day with everybody touching it. I have severe vomiting now after drinking this coffee. NASTY PLACE. I will NEVER go here again.

Just had to give 5 stars to the lady who helped me at the window. Not to point her out for this feature but she has blue hair. I didn’t see her name tag because I was taking my items and then giving something in return. She really did have a genuine kindness to asking me about my day and helping me, I just had to point that out. Great service 👍. The bacon and sausage wrap was very good too.

Wow! What a difference locations make! Hello as soon as I entered. Woman at register was friendly and helped me with my app. Nice atmosphere. My breakfast sandwich and latte was ready quickly. My first time at this location and definitely coming back. Was at W. Garfield location in Aurora twice with terrible service. Very good experience at Twinsburg!!!!

The Starbucks location in Twinsburg, OH, may indeed face challenges with congestion, particularly when exiting onto Darrow Road (Route 91). The difficulty in making a left turn is likely due to the nearby intersection and frequent traffic flow, which can create backups, especially during peak hours.
May be Adding a “Right Turn Only” sign during peak hours might improve traffic flow and reduce delays.
Parking: Very few spots for parking and is shared with other businesses.
I ordered a gingerbread oatmilk chai this evening. It was absolutely delicious - the cold foam was smooth and creamy. However, although the Starbucks wasn’t too crowded, it took almost 15 minutes for my drink to be prepared. Not impressed with the speed.

Absolutely awful Starbucks even though I was a long-time customer cuz it was convenient to where I live, I usually wait 15 to 20 minutes every time I get a drink even when there's not a line. And more than half the times my drink has been made wrong, I've been to other Starbucks in the area and I have found out that the Twinsburg Starbucks does have a bad reputation at the mention it's an awful location that's very inconvenient for everything in business is nearby. And there is one really rude manager there who's a younger lady. I waited a long time to say something but I figured others need to know.

Cheap ass lids. The lid to my coffee popped off three different times causing spilled coffee all over my van. I tried a lid I had from Bigby coffee and it had a very snug fit. your lids are very poorly constructed. Switch to Solo brand #tlm316 it is a superior quantity lid.
