it's a Starbucks, consistent coffee drinks
The worst Starbucks ever. I ordered a Dragon Drink with ice and another without ice. I waited for my order for about 10 minutes. The drink I asked for without ice they made with ice. I asked to make it without ice. They did. But the drink was not well mixed, looked layered and tasted very very sweet. When I asked to make it again, the barista refused, saying that they could not because they used a good dose. But the drink did not taste good because I had tasted another Dragon Drink and it tasted good.

Don't go through the drive thru, you'll be waiting 15 minutes. Then getting an oh well we're short staff comment. That's not just short staff they just walk around not caring.

Truly the SLOWEST starbucks around. Just waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a cold brew and it still isnt ready when I get to the window. This is pretty standard here. Will not be back to this location

This visit cemented the fact that I won't be giving Starbucks any more of my money. I waited 10 minutes for an iced green tea lemonade that takes 2 minutes to make. They were dead as far as customers go. When one of their fellow employees walked in they had his iced drink ready in less than a minute. 3 employees were talking in the corner. One was taking orders/doing drive-thru and the last was making drinks. They put my drink in the drive-thru area and left it there. Finally, the drive-thru employee walked it over and asked if it was mine while I waited and said nothing. I am much happier to support small business - I have had Starbucks twice in over 12 months, but I will gladly go out of my way/pay more for better quality coffee/tea and customer service.
