I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location on January 5, 2026, around 3:00 PM. Service was extremely slow despite the store not being particularly busy at the time. The employee appeared unprepared and inefficient, which caused unnecessary delays in completing a simple order.

More concerning than the slow pace was the poor customer service. The employee displayed unprofessional behavior, including giving unpleasant and hostile looks rather than offering basic courtesy or communication. There was no sense of urgency, friendliness, or customer care, which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

Overall, this visit reflected a lack of proper service skills and professionalism. I expect faster service and respectful treatment at a quick-service restaurant, and unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations.

I ordered via the app. They offer the deals that Subway advertises, so that's cool. The sandwiches were ready when I got there. Everything was good to that point, but then when we went to eat the sandwiches, we noticed there was not very much meat on either one. Plenty of toppings, but very little meat. Pretty disappointing. I probably will choose somewhere else to go instead of here in the future.

Arrived at this location at 5:30 pm Wednesday Sept, 11, 2025 at 5:30 the door was locked and myself and two other gentlemen came for Subs; and whoever was in the store rudely turned out the lights and never greeted us even to say the store was closed. Online it said that the store closed at 6:30pm and it states those times on the door as well. Very unprofessional.
