probably the worst Taco Bell I've been too. my Taco had no meat and only lettuce, they gave us no napkins or utensils, stale chips, no sour cream on Nachos and they didn't even put beans on it either. Will not be going back.

Ordered on app and got charged, went to the location and waited at the drive thru because the store’s doors were locked. Waited more than 40 mins and not a single car moved. Customers are literally honking and other customers are reversing their cars to let the stuck customers out. This location should either shut down or change ownership/management.

Note: I called the store phone 4 times while stuck in the drive thru line and someone picked up and when told the situation they answered call door dash and cancel the order. I said I ordered from the app and not door dash, they said you would have to call customer service to cancel the order but they wouldn’t tell me how long it will take to get the lines moving so I could get out. They said they are short staffed, I heard 4 different voices from the co-workers. 4 people in a night shift is not called short staffed. While typing this review, my order at the Dominos is already ready but waiting to get out of this line.

I should contact an attorney and bring charges for being held against my will at the Twinsburg Taco Bell for an hour and a half!!! I WAS SO COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED that I didn't have the option to leave. I had to continue to wait just to escape! I no longer wanted to place an order. It is completely disappointing to read the reviews posted here and know that no effort to correct the wait time has been addressed. Just a common sense suggestion... close the lobby and have only the drive thru open to assist customers in a timely manner. Or don't serve the drive through and instruct the customer to order inside so they don't get trapped.
MAKE SOME EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION! How can you run a business like this?

Slow as a snail I get free taco coupons for being slow then I get more for them being slow before its crazy if I had 2 hours for lunch i would eat free every day get ready to fall asleep waiting its crazy

Been waiting in line for over 40 minutes with no cars moving and you're basically just stuck. Makes absolutely no sense that not one persons food was ready in that time. Just shut this place down. I will never be back.

Went inside to place a take out order. I was told it would be a 20-minute wait because there were only 2 people working. One person Drive thru was at a stand still.

While in line, was asked if my food was correct on the screen, I replied that nothing was displayed and they said to just pull around. Food was not made right. We were not given both drinks and before I could ask for the other drink the window was shut and had to wait until it was opened. Not the best service unfortunately.

Currently sitting, nay, TRAPPED in the drive thru. The staff is completely unable to keep up with even a single car. Myself and others pulling into the restaurant are being told the staff is too busy to serve us through the drive thru. This isn't a one off situation either. I don't even want this food now but because of the shape of the drive thru lane and the lack of speed, I've been stuck here for 15 minutes in line, shuffling through my music and writing this review.

It’s incredible. They have to be making these burritos on Miller’s planet in Interstellar where 1 hour there is 7 years on Earth. Nothing else could explain why the service is so agonizingly slow.

You’ll tell yourself “I’m only getting one thing it can’t take that long” but deep inside you know you’re going to be in that line for upwards of 30 minutes. It’s also a roll of the dice whether you’ll get the added fun of the lobby being closed early, the drive through not working, or only mobile orders being accepted. Why do we all do this to ourselves? It’s not like they still have the quesorito.

If the franchisee is reading this you need to either keep more staff on deck or clean house because there is something deeply wrong at this taco bell. Surely you can work out that constant 1 star reviews and horrible impressions are hurting your business more than paying $15/hr more for another employee to ensure people actually get the slop they pay for.

Maybe I should be grateful because I may just finally stop eating this stuff. Macedonia thanks you for driving commerce to our great city!

Slower than molasses in January...literally sat in the drive through for 45 min

For every car in the drive through line, expect to wait 5-8 minutes. That's INCLUDING your own car. Avoid at all costs if you're in a hurry cause you will wait 20 minutes.

I was listening to a Cavs game while waiting. They played half the 3rd quarter and 10 minutes of the 4th. That's 16 minutes of clock time, not including commercials, break, and everything else.

You also, unless you're in a truck, not really able to get out of the drive thru line. There's a curb on both sides so you're stuck.

I will never visit here again and I recommend you not as well.

I have visited the Twinsburg Taco Bell multiple times. Tonight sat in the drive thru for 45 min. watched the workers talk and laugh and barely move fast enough to make the food. Thank God I checked my order before we left, they forgot food and the inside was locked so I was able to get it handled before we left. Close down your drive thru if you would rather talk and not work than waste people's time who are actually trying to get some food.
