If this is the one in twinsburg they don't allow you to enter under no circumstances. The problem is I can't drive thru with the Amazon delivery vehicle there. Slow slow slow. Same issue as always corporate cant staff the place and one employee grunts it all for them. In the 90s Wendy's was my first job. 5 people 4 teenagers and one adult could easily run a place.

The service is extremely slow in the morning and the evening and the traffic wasn’t heavy. Food was fresh though. Also the staff isn’t very friendly, almost like you’re bothering them.
