Slowest service everytime I go. Sat there for 5+ minutes waiting for drinks and they was all standing there talking. While my drinks were sitting on the counter.

We had an issue on 6/14/25, so I called the manager on duty. She told me the store manager would contact me on Monday, June 16. I am still waiting for the phone call 15 days later. After no response, I called Customer Service on June 18. They said my problem would be given to the manager in Uhrichsville and asked me to email the photos from the incident. I immediately sent them and have still not received any form of communication.

I went inside and picked up four blizzards. I waited patiently as they had a busy drive thru. When I got my blizzards they looked more like milkshakes and the product was dripping down the sides of the cups.The staff was more concerned about closing the store rather than providing quality service to their customers. The staff didn't provide lids for the blizzards and they ended up spilling all over the car, my smart watch and other items as they were all almost completely melted. By far the worse service I have ever received. I will not be going back to this particular location. If I wanted a milkshake instead of a blizzard I would have ordered one.

We come here sparsely because the service here is absolutely horrendous. Takes forever to get our order taken. And when we finally do they mess up our order ever. Single. Time. Then when you call to fix it. You’re met with nothing but attitude.

Ordered two 4 piece tender meals with extra gravy. Charged us for the extra gravy but did not give us what we were charged for. Then did not answer the phone when the store was called to rectify the situation.

Glad the Malvern location is back open for 2025 season! Best DQ in the area by far!

Fries were soggy Luke warm, my order was not correct, and the atmosphere was not very friendly.

Horrible service, slow wait almost 40 minutes waiting. Then they didn't even know what I ordered. They said they was "short staffed". Either way they need new employees who want to do the job and make money for the place they work for.

Had the Peanut Buster Parfait. Not that I needed it but it just sounded good. The best part is the hot fudge as it melts the ice cream. Funny enough the hot fudge was as cold as the ice cream ?. So we move on to more adventures.

Do not get there at 3 In the fall and Spring time because kids go in there and Are too loud

We went there a sign said drive thru open until 9:30 the person on the speaker refused us service at 9:01and was very rude about it.
