I normally love Dairy Queen treats but today in my Peanut Buster Parfait I found a long blonde hair in the middle of it. Now I called and the manager was nice but people who prepare food should wear hair nets...a simple solution.

This gotta be the slowest drive thru anywhere . It’s been over 35+ minutes waiting in line for a simple blizzard … yikes make sure to stop else where . Time is money, not to this establishment I guess. I see a lot of reoccurring problems on these reviews

i gave three stars because the building is so out of date compared to the other dairy queens I've been to wish the owner took care of the building its way past due for a remodel bad staff is alright I get what I need or want so all good on that end.

they were really rude. they were just staring at me and my friends completely ignoring us at the register. they finally decided to take our order and they didnt ask “how are you? what would you like?” none of that. they said nothing and stared at me waiting for me to just say what i want. the floor is disgusting there is mud everywhere. the tables need cleaned desperately and there are flies going around because of how disgusting this place is atmosphere wise. not many flies- but there is definitely a few here and there. Just plain rude, snoppy, high ego, employees. Unclean dining room. Horrible.
This is the worst dairy queen i have ever experienced. the workers were just staring at us and laughing while we are waiting to order. didn’t even ask us what we wanted or anything just stared and we had to just say it. and even after continued to say nothing to us. the floors are disgusting. so are the tables. flies everywhere and the people before us even agreed this was a horrible experience.

Google drive thru hours say open until 930. Pulled in at 910 and no service. This is also the SLOWEST Dairy Queen ever and most employees have terrible customer service.
