This local restaurant ( in new location ) started a bit slow while figuring numerous things out. Yes. They had done it before but now had new staff to consider, where to put things in a new place, who among worked effectively and was friendly to all. They also are extremely accommodating.

We almost didn’t go here because of the less than stellar reviews but I’m so glad we gave it a try. We had the traditional Chicago style pizza and it was fantastic. The service was great, the dining room comfortable and the beer was cold. I totally recommend!

Placed an order for delivery. Was supposed to take 35-45 minutes. An hour passed and I called to see where it was and to make sure the order actually had gone through since it was placed online. 2 hours after ordering our food was delivered COLD. Husband called to speak with manager, they said they could remake the order or give 15% off next order. While he was getting a paper to write down the address (mind you I was still on phone able to hear them) over heard him say “just hang up on them” and laughter. I confronted him about it and he confirmed that’s what he said, he was extremely rude, told me he could decline service to anyone, and hung up. All I wanted was my order to be handled correctly since we waited that long for cold pizza. We usually love this place but more than likely won’t ever order from here again due to how terrible our experience was tonight. Don’t recommend.

My wife bought large pizzas with pepperoni and breadsticks. The breadsticks were cold, and the pizza wasn't that hot. I noticed there is a recurring theme in past reviews of other customers also having cold food.

Ordered a crispy chicken salad and a chef salad. One skinny little piece of overcooked chicken with burnt black pieces from the fryer in my salad. A big salad with lots of lettuce but no chicken. Chef salad had some pepperoni and 6 quarter size pieces of thin ham. That is not a chef salad. Very disappointed. Got an Italian sub, hardly any meat on it either. I would rather pay more than not have good food.

First let me start with the people that work here. They are rude and on the defense when you have a complaint about their food. It's a chain pizza which is probably why it's expensive. The pizza is okay but rather pay less for better.
