I ask for no ice and I got ice, but I told her and she agrue back and said I never heard you, but on my paper it said no ice, so SHE DID Plus we got sausage and gravy and not really gravy on it So I hear from a lot of ppl this McDonald's SUCKS ( uhrichsville) i agree to a point U do have some employees that are rude Also some polite.1

Its McDonalds, you know what you are getting, its the same as every other McDonalds. The breakfast crew are always nice, friendly and quick, the lunch staff are OK, but the dinner kids need more adult supervision. I never go to this McDonalds for anything other than breakfast because I dont trust the kids who work in the evenings, they always get my order wrong.

Coffe luke warm tasted watered down like they ran water thru the same coffe gtounds a few times. I would know i buy coffe at differant mcdonalds all the time. Probably a lazy employee.

It's a 50/50 Roll if I get Bacon on the sandwich I order. Depends on who's working. Who ever was on sandwich making today (12/6/2025) at 12:45 pm clearly resets timers so the burgers are dry and nasty, and refuses to cook bacon. I feel it's only one person who really brings this place down and suggest management look at who was on grill or sandwich making today. As a business owner myself, I understand it's hard to find good help, but whoever this is terrible.

Quick service. In and out, helpful staff, food was very hot. Typical McDonalds but the place was busy and they still got food out hot and quick

9:40am Breakfast this morning. Friendly Cashier. We had 2 orders:1) Pancakes w/Sausage 2) Pancakes w/ Bacon. Serve w/o Butter, or, Syrup. We had to ASK. Beginning to eat, and, NOTHING was Hot! NOT EVEN WARM. Disappointing.

That's the worst McDonald's. I order three times every time I receive my French fries cold And one time I wait 30 minutes late in the end everything was cold please please please please please fix that don't sell called food to anyone that sucks Every one likes fries bc it's hot 😪😪😪
This place is a joke I was standing there waiting on a door dash while they was all talking then asking each other what I was there for not me then I had to get loud to get someone attention since they look confused I asked if it was here cuz they looked confused and was asking each other and not me the person waiting on a order u let someone get maybe check their phone and communicate with the customer instead of asking each other and then no one knows and turn around and let them just stand there this place never gets anything right nothing its a joke tbh
SMH no respect for customers nor dashers u just let people stand there waiting and waiting even ppl trying to o

You would think with how many people they had in the line tonight that you’d get fresh food, WRONG!!! My partner got a Big Mac meal and the whole thing was trash, everything was super cold almost like it had been sitting for a hour. We were going to go back through but didn’t want to wait in the line again as it was at the road.. Pathetic
