This McDonald's was my favorite. The new remodel of the store is beautiful. But at recent the service has gone down hill. The staff are not willing to admit to making a mistake on your food order nor willing to fix the mistake. After repeatedly making the same food preparation mistakes I'm begging to feel it's being done on purpose. Don't get me wrong there are several awesome employees in this restaurant. But the few with bad attitudes 10 rude behavior are bringing the whole store down with them.
Was rude and disrespectful didn't listen to what I wanted and was rushing me and didn't get my order right what so ever 🤬

I personally don't eat McDonald's but I probably was in the area going passing I want to know my family enjoys my granddaughter like the chicken McNuggets in the toy

I ordered a mcrib daily double and a filet o fish. The Fry's with my daily double had no salt and were hours old (I've worked at McDonald's ik what happens after Fry's have been out for a while) my mcrib had literally NO SAUCE the onions were gross ash my daily double was literally mayo and lettuce where were my tomatoes? Heck if I know...I wish I door dashed it instead of using the McDonald's app because then I could at least get a refund for people not doing there job properly. Don't go here man. Mc ribs are supposed to be submerged in sauce not kept dry in a warmer. Disgusting.
