This McDonald's was my favorite. The new remodel of the store is beautiful. But at recent the service has gone down hill. The staff are not willing to admit to making a mistake on your food order nor willing to fix the mistake. After repeatedly making the same food preparation mistakes I'm begging to feel it's being done on purpose. Don't get me wrong there are several awesome employees in this restaurant. Fry's always cold the sweet tea isn't what it was few years ago and everyone looks miserable

I was very thirsty so I decided to go through the drive thru and get an unsweetened tea. It was very dark and cloudy. It tastes extremely bitter. Do better people! Was this made several days ago? McDonald's certainly isn't what it used to be.
