Ordered pizza and wings online on 11-15-24. Order was received 2.5 hours later "cold"!!! Called the store after the second hour received attitude and was told it would be here in another 6 minutes. Surprise it wasn't 6 minutes. This is normally our go to pizza place. After this experience that mat change.

Ordered 1.5 hours ago. Gave the girl my address 4 or 5 times. I called to find she put it in as a carryout after all that! The kid on the phone claimed the pizza just came out of the oven an hour and a half later and he can bring it out! No thank you! I don’t believe you! I’ll never order from you again!

Any time I get a Doordash order from here I arrive about 10-15 after I get the order. They tell me its only going to be 5 more minutes. I wait 15 to 20 minutes more than what they say every single time I'm in there. They are not making sure the orders are correct nor are they making sure everything is made. This is the worst this store has been in a very long time. I also witnessed some one playing on their phone, putting it back in her pocket and then making food. That is very unsanitary. I will not be ordering from this place again in fear that I'm going to get sick.

Ordered stuff online and said it would be ready between 5:25 and 5:35 send my son all the way to uhrichsville to be there on time he walks in and they said it wont be ready till 5:55 so my wife calls and they are giving her attitude and there saying now not till 6:30 what a joke they need to need to get people that do there job

The staff was giving me and my buddy so much attitude because were hungry and just tryina eat food had to wait 30 freaking mins for someone to take an order it wasnt busy and then when we were asking for a price they gave us more attitude and rolled there eyes. Also i think its very disgusting that they arnt wearing gloves i seen one of the workers picking there nose and touch the pizza dough. I am never comming here again 0-10 service

I went there to pick up my order and they forgot the cookie that was on the same order so I had to wait on them to make that then I get home and I’m missing a pizza and i called the store to inform them that it was missing one and had to go back to get it then I go out to my truck and look at it to make sure it was right and it was messed up again, so then I went back into the store and told them the order was messed up again the woman who was the manager threw a pissy fit because she didn’t want to remake my order when this was a pizza they messed up on before from a previous order. It’s not that hard.

Ordered on 1/17/24 pizza was wrong, called spoke with 2 managers and both was not any help I guess its OK to screw up an order and hopefully you like what items and how much they put on pizza or not put on.i order from here all the time?Unhappy

Ordered pizza online and they tried to make me pay for it twice. They wouldn't even give me the pizza I paid for originally and now I will have to deal with disputing the charge on my card. My son is now late to his own party because these people were so ignorant and treated me like i was trying to rip them off when its the opposite. Never going back there again
