This is my third and last visit. Every time I show up the chili is not ready or is awful. Wendy's used to be my favorite place but nobody goes by days recipes or service anymore. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Don't waste your time going here the Chili's never done and was undercooked the last time I did get a cup. I knew once Dave died this place would go under and it is!

It's like pulling teeth trying to get service in the evenings. Service is terrible and orders are generally screwed up. Definitely one of the worst locations in the area.

Very long line at the drive thru, as usual; 30+ minutes. Ordered (2) 10 piece nugget meals for my kids…cashier asked what sauce, I told her and when I got home they DID NOT include any sauces. I don’t know why I count on people being able to do their jobs.

Went through the drive through, and ordered a huge meal. Did not get half of what I ordered. Fries were stale. Worst service ever!! Ripped us off completely and hung up on me when I called.
The wait at this Wendy's was a complete joke. The drive thru was packed so went inside for a frosty and Biggie Bag. I swear I was here 20 minutes just for that.

My burger was not cooked all the way it was still pink in the middle and yet the assistant manager just wanted to do nothing about it didn’t wanna refund my money didn’t want to remake my burger or anything very piss poor management!!!!!

We ordered at the Drive-thru, and they were a little busy. The employee kindly told us he'd be with us in a moment. We placed our order for Frosties. The van in front of us had a very large order, causing us to wait longer than usual. When we got to the pick-up window, there was an employee whose shift just started. He noticed our Frosties were melting from the longer wait in front of us and gave us new ones. It's great to see young adults being so friendly and caring!
