This place was a total bust. I knew we messed up when the dining room was totally empty on a Friday night. On that note we lucked out Bev of how long everything took. The one server on staff was taking our order on a letter envelope and brings silverware in a wad under her arm and plops them down on a napkin fork and knife. The cook is casually wandering in and out of the kitchen into the dining room to watch tv. The food came out in pieces. Burgers first after about 35 minutes of waiting. Then the fish came out after just short of an hour of waiting. We were all finished eating after waiting on two fish dinners. The steak dinner was hacked apart as if the cook was mad at it. The green beans were blatantly over cooked and under seasoned. Mushroom were raw. It was a total bust. The portions were overkill. There’s no possible way this restaurant is turning a profit like this. Thank god there was no one else to distract the attention of the staff because this was a robbery of two hours of me and my family’s lives.

Overall a solid hotel and good value for the money. We are in a 1 king suite. Separate sitting area with couch and a divider between the bed. Two large TVs with lots of channels. Good water pressure and comfy beds. Suitable cleanliness in room and public areas were very clean. Most staff were friendly enough. Fridge, microwave and Kcup coffee maker in room. Some sagging wallpaper in bathroom and a water stain on ceiling in sitting area. No room cleaning and had to walk down for extra pillows, clean towels and toilet paper. Very firm on no check ins prior to 230 and was told I was extremely early at 130. Nothing major for me, but know it would bother some folks. Overall I'll consider staying here again if I'm in town
Disappointing stay. When I checked into my room I thought the window was open because the highway noise was so loud. Nope, that’s just how loud it is. Beds don’t have blankets. No blankets in closet. Used an extra sheet for more warmth. Towels in bathroom very soft & fluffy. Room is very clean. Housekeeping works hard. Bar ran out of food on a Wednesday night. Bartenders work very hard serving drinks and running food orders. Elevators struggle to make it to fourth floor. Worried about getting stuck in the elevator. Had to ask for spoons & forks at breakfast. Our group had several rooms booked for multiple days. The afternoon going in to our last night, 14 people of our group returned to the hotel only to find all of their belongings were packed up by hotel staff, removed from their hotel rooms, and placed in a unsecured common room on the first floor. They were told that they had no reservation for that night and that no rooms were available. Why were they not called to ask why they hadn’t checked out? Some ended up missing some personal property. This is NOT acceptable on so many levels. One of the sliding entry doors by the front desk is in serious need of oiling. It seems to shriek each time it opens. We’ll never return to this hotel. 2 stars is generous.
Delicious cheese burger, fries, and onion rings. Great friendly service. Nice choice of draft beers.
The room was dirty and surfaces not clean. Room service forgot to putin a late meal order on Thursday night when we arrived. They compt the meal. We got our food 90 minutes after order. No new towls or coffee or cleaning until we asked after 2 1/2 days.
We asked for a two queen bed, one room suite. What we received was a three room two king bed suite on the third floor. The suite was an exceptionally outstanding value for a couple and their granddaughter who had experienced a long travel day.
I wouldn’t give it one star. Worst place I’ve ever tried to eat a meal.2 hours and 15 min. They informed my wife they were out of pasta and my steak and mashed potatoes were cold, not room temperature, but refrigerator cold.Never Ever AgainWe managed to get and appetizers after about 45 minutes and out drinks.Worst place ever!!

Hotels that have two king beds can be hard to find. This hotel met our needs. Easy check in, comfortable beds. Good size lobby and dining area. Free breakfast included scrambled eggs, potatoes, cereals, muffins, juices and coffee. Very quiet inside of the hotel overnight. One side of the property has rooms that faces the interstate. Would stay here again if visiting Akron.
It's ok.
