We placed a delivery order and upon receiving the order realized one of the pizzas was missing toppings. I called and spoke to the store manager, Patrick, he apologized and said they would not only remake it BUT also redeliver! Mark was our driver and was very kind and also apologetic when he redelivered the new pizza! This is absolutely AMAZING customer service and they have DEFINITELY earned our continued business!

Ordered $50 worth of food. Missing items. Called the restaurant and they seemed confused why I was calling to complain! The manager Jim was a stuttering bumbling idiot. Offered a “discount.” Uh…no thank you! Never ordering from here again. It’s making pizzas, not brain surgery.
I recommend Upper Crust or Gionino’s for amazing local pizza.
