Oh come on. If I order 2 gyros, 1 roast beef and 1 greek... I should NOT be getting 2 turkey gyros...... this was in the drive thru lane. I already drove away on the freeway, been half hour since... or I'd go back and correct it. Not worth an hour detour to fix. Get your employee's ears checked, please! The turkey gyro was okay, but it is NOT what I asked for... quite disappointed. The final nail - I called them 4 times to inform them of the error, but nobody would answer. You also need to check your phone system!!

This has to be the best Arby's I have been to! Garrett was absolutely amazing he was so friendly and so knowledgeable that this might be my favorite arbys to date! He is a great example on how to treat customers! I definitely will be back! Give Garrett a raise he so deserves it! Thank you so much to Garrett and the other staff that was there. Awesome people!! Must be everybody’s first day here. I’ve never seen a restaurant so poorly run. Nobody inside and waited over 20 mins for my food while all the employees argued with each other. Go literally anywhere else than this place.
These were some of the friendliest employees I have encountered! They have little idea of how long of a day we've had in the car, and they went above and beyond to be sweet. Shelley gets 5 stars!
