It's probably just a standard Arby's. The food tastes exactly like other Arby's, and the staff is mostly friendly. Just make sure you check your bag before you leave as they almost always forget one or more things in an order. Sometimes it's hard to see though when they mess up an order, like the last time we went they forgot to put the meat on my wife's sandwich. It's also hit and miss if they will fix the issue when you point it out to them if you've left the window so check the bag there.

I just wanted to say this was the BEST Aexperience I have ever had at Arby's. The young lady Angie or Angel (can't quite remember) was one of the sweetest people I have ever came across. She not only understood patience, she also was very hands on with all she was working with, she communicated and made sure things were great with our food and over all experience. If she isn't a manager she needs to be promoted to one. We had an experience on September 12 with a manager who was very rude and rude to us customers but also her employees. I can't remember her name but I know she was fairly new.

Stopped by the drive through here while on a short road trip, only to wait for several minutes without any greeting. I did not know if they were busy, or if their speaker machine wasn't working, so my friend said "hello?" A worker promptly - and very angrily - responded by calling us rude for saying hello and telling us they were busy. We left shortly after. Worker could have just said, "wait a moment, we are experiencing delays." but instead chose to call us rude for saying "hello?" into the machine.

The manager was extremely rude and complaining because someone changed their order. Her and a young man were whispering and peeking around the prep area because the person heard her complaining and said she acts like it's not her job.
She was by far the rudest, most disrespectful "manager" that could have been promoted to management.
Why would a general manager put someone like that in a position where they have to interact with the public!!!

Ordered food for pickup on app. Great that is was ready within 10 mins to pick up. Problem was the fries were so cold. Not happy with that part but dealt with it since I was already back at work. I ended up throwing the fries away because of how nasty they tasted. Waste of money that day.

Sat at the screen in the drive thru for over 5 mins. I had to reverse and pull back up to finally be acknowledged.. "I'll be with you in a minute" was barked at me like I was an inconvenience. I usually don't come here at all because it's been this way for years. Have the time I'd pull up and never have anyone say a word to me. If these pregnancy cravings weren't so strong I would've never wasted my time here
I've never been a fan of Arby's. I go 2-3 times a year to get some of the very few items I do enjoy there. It's not location specific but they got rid of their market fresh menu with turkey sandwiches and such ?. Their jamocha shakes are the bomb too.
MY MAIN REASON FOR THIS REVIEW is I had one of their burgers for the first time today... Absolutely disgusting! I literally can't think of a worse fast food burger.
If you're interested in that just spend the extra few dollars and get one to go from 5guys or even a sit down restaurant. It's $15 for a bomb burger from the bistro or 35 brix and those come with sides. Arby's is $8 and comes with no sides. $13 for the meal.
I got the potato cakes and unfortunately they just tasted like grease... They used to have ones with cheese and jalapeno that were worth the trip just for those. Also unfortunate is I ordered a jamocha shake and got vanilla.
I'm 100% done with Arby's for life.
