First off I would like to say the pizza is usually very good. However, the customer service has gone down immensely. If you advertise that you’re open until 9 o’clock then you should not close at 8:15 PM also to the lady who just answered the phone if you hate your job that much go find a new job. There’s no need to be rude. I think the owner needs to spend a little bit of money in customer service training.

Amazing pizza so very happy with the pizza they had at the pizza by the slice event. Was one of our favorites. Highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch pizza.

Bobs in Greentown is ok, I lived 3.5 miles from Randolph location and it's better. Why is Greentown not as good I can tell you it's the building. Randolph location has more wood and is old. The Greentown location is a newer block building, and it makes a difference. Please put a breakfast lunch restaurant in Greentown so I can stop driving to Randolph everything couple of weeks for a farmers breakfast.

We got their chicken and onion ring and a side salad and two dinner rolls and it was delicious. And his prices are very good. I just wish they delivered but that's okay

Not friendly service and food is either burnt or not prepared right. Been going to bobs for years and won’t be back. Get it to gather bob

I think Bob's would be 5-star except for the fact that we ordered 2 rounds and a sheet pizza and the rounds got a little over done. We'll be back to try it again and I expect to change my rating to 5 stars!

Ordered for the 1st time 6/7 and was disappointed on food and customer service; there was a food issue that no one cared to resolve. Ordered joejoes, vegetable basket, and a LG 1 topping pizza. Pizza was good enough to get again, but LG was size of a medium at most places. Joejoes were thin, small-to-medium sized, and tasted just ok. Vegetable basket had a good variety; corn nuggets, breaded pickles, breaded zucchini, breaded cauliflower, breaded mushrooms, onion rings, sauerkraut balls. Everything in that tasted good except the onion rings had too much thick breading it was all you tasted. Realized the sauerkraut balls had meat in them. Did not expect an appetizer labeled as “vegetable” to include meat. Other appetizers stated more info such as corn nuggets = breaded nuggets filled with sweet corn and butter. But the sauerkraut balls list nothing, and doesn’t list that it also has meat. There’s also jalapeño poppers as another appetizer option and it’s listed as deep fried nuggets filled with spicy peppers and cheddar. Again, if the main ingredients can be listed for other items, meat should be listed as part of the sauerkraut balls. Again, I would not expect meat in an appetizer specifically labeled “vegetable.” And the poppers could have been easily put into the “vegetable basket” appetizer rather than the sauerkraut-pork balls. At very least, it was misleading. The issue was that I and my guest do not eat pork, have had sauerkraut balls with no meat at other places, and I would have made other choices if informed. The other issue was that there were no zucchini slices/sticks in the vegetable basket as listed. I called to ask what type of meat was in the sauerkraut balls (as my guest eats chicken but not pork). Young guy answering the phone didn’t know, he asked manager who also didn’t know. One of them went to look at the box and could not find what meat it exactly was. I explained my situation regarding pork, he told me he could understand and said his manager said it’s probably pork. I told him there was no zucchini and he said it was sticks not like the pickles. I told him yes I realized all the rounds were fried pickles and reiterated we got no zucchini. He said he was sorry. I paused and silence from the guy. I ended the call letting him know this was our first experience and I couldn’t be the only one that would like to know about pork so wanted it to be passed on that the sauerkraut balls should be listed with meat and not in the vegetable basket, and we did not receive the zucchini as ordered. He said sorry and we hung up. There was no offer to find any solution; no letting me pick up zucchini or making partial refund. With it being a first experience and having an issue that had no resolve, I will not return as I can find pizza as good as or better elsewhere.

BEST and BIGGEST wings I’ve found in the area, I’m going back until every flavor has been tried! Pizza was decent. Nice and cheesy with a thick doughy crust like we’ve been looking for, however there was little to no sauce on it. Calzone was dry and lacking flavor. Hopefully it was just an off night.

Very cheesy. No skimping here. Nicely browned edges with a little crunch. Order was ready when promised. We'll come again and try their subs and salads.
