The amount of chicken put in each bowl was severely lacking. The previous customer got 3 tacos and each taco had as much meat as each of the bowls I ordered. The inconsistent nature of them eyeballing portions and saving product is a major turn off. $9.60 for a bowl is a horrible value.

Ridiculous portion sizes, chewy steak that’s inedible, a disappointment EVERY visit, rude workers. This location has ruined chipotle for me as a whole. I’d never go out of my way to tell someone how terrible they are if it wasn’t the hard truth.

They had one person doing everything from getting the burrito to checking you out. This was at 6:45PM on a Sunday. Not a huge deal but We waited 15 minutes and there were only two parties in front of us.

Went there this evening around 5:30 with my husband, walked in and every table was dirty along with the floor, counters looked unkempt in cooking areas so we walked out and will not be returning. This would be responsibility of the manager.

Seemed like a typical Chipotle. Decent food, decent service. It was crowded around noon, and the parking can get a little tight. Restroom was okay, at least everything worked. I would eat here again if I were in the area.
Absolutely terrible place. I used to patronize Chipotle 3-4 times per week in the early 2000s. I live here in Green and go to the Y Gym, and today I thought this would be a good alternative to going home and cooking. But boy, was I wrong and have things really changed. Portions are much smaller than I remember, and there is absolutely no consistency from customer to customer. Some customers got a big bowl while others received smaller bowls, and others got somewhere in the middle. Not to mention the attitude of the workers behind the counter is so rude and disrespectful which made me want to walk out. Another once great franchise is going down the drain.

There was literally 1 piece of corn and 1 tsp sour cream between all 3 tacos, I’ve had bad luck at this location, do not recommend.
