This may be the third public negotive review I given in my life. I've been to this Chipotle half a dozen times over the last year however I will most likely stick to the Arlington ridge location from here on out. Do yourself a favor go into the store and order do not use the app and drive through. They're going to take better care of you if you see them in person and actually give you what you ask for instead of handing you a bag and seeing you drive off. Maybe upper management is coming down on them hard for food cost . Hopefully a vegetarian bowl with minimal white rice & black beans will get them in back in the black for the new year!

Showed up at 5 pm and there was barely a scoop of steak left and it wasn’t busy. When I asked if there would be fresh soon, I was told probably not, no one was cooking it. No move to offer to cook more or really apologetic at all.

This is the worst Chipotle in the area. It smells like sewer when you get out of your car . The employees are always in a bad mood. They don't have fresh veggies very often. Never enough ingredients. Look at all the pictures posted. They must be told not to put much in the bowl or burrito. I've tried this location at least a dozen times. And it has never been up to Chipotle standards! Go to another location if I where you.

I ordered through doordash as I’m stuck at work all day from open to close by myself. I pay $24 for a bowl to be delivered. There’s no utensils in the bag, I’m missing my chips that I had to pay $2 extra for and then I’m also missing my side of sour cream. Very disappointing as it’s not like I can leave to just go grab the side items.

Can’t get a quesadilla unless you order online. Waiting 20 minutes after I walk through the burrito lane for them to make it while they have 1 customer in line.
I’m here from out of town for work and needed a quick bite to eat. I was not ready for the scene that was laid out before me. After I got my food, I noticed that tensions were high among the staff, not one of them over 20. They then proceeded to yell and talk shit to each other my entire meal, which I was thankful for. I don’t know what the conflict was about, but it seemed to be between the drive thru team and the dining room team. My man on the register just kept his head down trying to hold it together so mad respect to him. I’m not sure if this was an actual workplace spat or some avant garde dinner theater but bravo all around. Would recommend for the scene alone. Also, the burrito wrap left something to be desired…split after one bite. Never change, OHIO!

The amount of chicken put in each bowl was severely lacking. The previous customer got 3 tacos and each taco had as much meat as each of the bowls I ordered. The inconsistent nature of them eyeballing portions and saving product is a major turn off. $9.60 for a bowl is a horrible value.
