Using my husbands account to write this. He went through the drive thru at 4:43pm on October 13th and ordered a meal and milkshake for me. When he got home, we both noticed how disgusting the milkshake tasted, like spoiled milk, it smelled terrible too, so I went back to DQ at 5:30pm with the milkshake and receipt to ask if I could exchange it for something else. The girl taking orders seemed nice, but then the heavy set lady with dark hair and I think she had blue eyes and must be the manager came up to the window and took my milkshake and smelled it and said “yeah honey, this smells like peanut butter” I literally go to Dairy Queen 2-3 times a month to get this exact milkshake and it’s never tasted spoiled. The manager said “I don’t know what you want me to do, I guess I can give you a small cone” I obviously didn’t want a small cone because the milkshake was $5, so I asked for a regular pb sundae and she rolled her eyes and took my receipt and milkshake and walked away and made me one. I ended up throwing the sundae away because I’m 99% sure she spit in it. I genuinely hope she finds a new job because she’s a terrible person that needs help.

Takes forever to get through the drive through line. Staff was nice, but have had numerous occasions of them messing up or completely missing food items. Even with only me in the drive through and two cars in the parking lot, it took almost ten minutes to finally receive my food. From the looks of it, there are multiple complaints about this and not much is being done.

They service is terrible, especially during lunch instead of them making the food they sit back and laugh standing around not doing anything, also on they phones! The drive thru is worst than going inside they’ll have you sitting outside for 10 mins waiting on a small blizzard, like I don’t get it stop hiring teenage kids that’s inconsiderate about other people time!!

My son and I had lunch here while out running errands. Service was fast and the food was good and hot. Staff was very nice and even brought our food to us.

This palce takes the phrase Fan food Not fast food too seriously. you can be waiting in this drive thru for easily 20 minutes. We went inside and they legit had 4 orders on the screen and it still toom them 20 mins

They charge for water, but all sizes are the same price so you can get a large. They also charge for sauce such as ranch.. even if you order quite a bit of food. You may have ketchup packets free. Just a FYI. People are friendly, usually there is a wait to pull around at lunch time which makes sense. We will likely go elsewhere for lunch from now on.

Employee gave our order to another customer, then proceeded to try to give me after the other people had their hands all over it. Told us they would remake it but came back out in about 2 minutes..I find it hard to believe that they remade it.

Been to a few DQ's and this was the nicest, cleanest, organized, friendly staff, we ordered and had our food within 5 minutes and everything was hot and delicious. Will go back again. It was nice everyone was working together and it went real smooth.
