They really need to figure out how a dual lane drive-thru operates. If you're sitting in the second lane and they continue to take four cars in the left lane and never respond to the right line that will only drive away business. It has happened to me about five times and I will not be back. Thankfully they just put a 7 brew in!

The bagel was raw inside. We asked for another one, and it was also raw. The girl in charge had her hair loose and not properly secured, and she was very rude to us. When we asked for our money back, she tossed it on the table.

The girl who handles drive-thru orders most often on night shift, Carla, is INCREDIBLE at her job! I live in Akron and work graveyard shift in Tallmadge. I made the commute to this Dunkin once because the 24-hour Dunkin in Akron was having a LOT of problems with their equipment and Carla was the team member who helped me. I have *never* stopped coming to this Dunkin since that because her service is just *chef's kiss*. She is upbeat, friendly, she was helpful when the menu changed for the season and I didn't know about new products. I absolutely love going here & interacting with her. 10/10 would promote this woman. If she isn't already a manager, she sure should be.

I have a not so good experience most times that I stop, with an exception for the guy who works nights..he's great!! The rest of them, not so much. Luke warm milk water tasting coffee that you wait forever for!!
I have been to this Dunkin more times than I can count and have tried to give it the benefit of the doubt over and over again. This week was my final straw. I went twice and both times my coffee was completely undrinkable. I ordered a caramel iced coffee with normal cream and sugar, and it honestly tasted like they forgot to put the coffee in it.
I’ve always experienced extremely inconsistent coffee from this location, but this was by far the worst week yet. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it’s beyond disappointing at this point. It’s unfortunate because I don’t want to go somewhere else for my coffee, but I’m done trying with this Dunkin.
Spending my own money just to either completely fix my drink at home or throw it away is honestly sad.
Every time I get coffee here it’s always watered down - so I go to the one in Springfield off 224 .

I cannot express enough how incredible the staff is at this Dunkin’ location. We provided hot chocolate for the City of Green’s tree lighting ceremony and ordered 30 GALLONS of hot chocolate. Not only was it perfectly timed, every single staff member had a huge smile on their face. Becca was off the charts as a manager and I can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful experience. I will do business with Dunkin’ every time now!!!!

I was given my coffee then told they were still making my food. Sure okay.. except I waited 20 minutes just for my food to be cold.. Staff is not helpful at all

They always mess up my order at this location and then are SO RUDE when I ask them to give me what I ordered. This girls there have bad attitudes.
Stop by here this afternoon as I was in town for the weekend- ordered bagel minis in specifically requested that they would be hot because they are honestly disgusting and nasty if they are not- in lo and behold I get them luke ea at best with a cold cream cheese Center. If anybody else has ever eaten these like this they are terrible. Went inside and requested that the order would be remade and the front counter associate was not very friendly or personable. Sorry to be a bother.

If you don’t ask for napkins you’re not getting any. My donut holes were tasty but just thrown in a bag is a little tacky I think. I thought they had little boxes like other places for them but 🤷🏽♀️

I had asked for a coffee that was advertised at the drive-through window, and the lady on the speaker not only raised her voice, but she got very rude with me.. I told her that it was advertised on the sign, and she yelled at me saying ( WE STOPPED SERVING THAT 2 WEEKS AGO). I apologized and said I didn't realize it.. and she responded with, "You know what? Just don't come back here...

I want to clarify, I've never loved this Dunkin Location, but it has been OK in the past. Something bas changed though, I don't know if it is new staff or what, but it has drastiy declined. They are not friendly or use manners when talking to customers, and they cannot get the orders correct. I've attempted to go 3 times this week, and each time my order has been wrong and I've had to go back and get it fixed. I don't have time for that in the mornings. Today, I was handed a large cup of what was suppose to be hot coffee, oatmilk, and caramel, and it was COMPLETELY COLD!!! I won't be back for awhile, let's give them some time to get it together.
