I cannot express enough how incredible the staff is at this Dunkin’ location. We provided hot chocolate for the City of Green’s tree lighting ceremony and ordered 30 GALLONS of hot chocolate. Not only was it perfectly timed, every single staff member had a huge smile on their face. Becca was off the charts as a manager and I can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful experience. I will do business with Dunkin’ every time now!!!!

Stop by here this afternoon as I was in town for the weekend- ordered bagel minis in specifically requested that they would be hot because they are honestly disgusting and nasty if they are not- in lo and behold I get them luke ea at best with a cold cream cheese Center. If anybody else has ever eaten these like this they are terrible. Went inside and requested that the order would be remade and the front counter associate was not very friendly or personable. Sorry to be a bother.

If you don’t ask for napkins you’re not getting any. My donut holes were tasty but just thrown in a bag is a little tacky I think. I thought they had little boxes like other places for them but 🤷🏽‍♀️

I had asked for a coffee that was advertised at the drive-through window, and the lady on the speaker not only raised her voice, but she got very rude with me.. I told her that it was advertised on the sign, and she yelled at me saying ( WE STOPPED SERVING THAT 2 WEEKS AGO). I apologized and said I didn't realize it.. and she responded with, "You know what? Just don't come back here...

I want to clarify, I've never loved this Dunkin Location, but it has been OK in the past. Something bas changed though, I don't know if it is new staff or what, but it has drastiy declined. They are not friendly or use manners when talking to customers, and they cannot get the orders correct. I've attempted to go 3 times this week, and each time my order has been wrong and I've had to go back and get it fixed. I don't have time for that in the mornings. Today, I was handed a large cup of what was suppose to be hot coffee, oatmilk, and caramel, and it was COMPLETELY COLD!!! I won't be back for awhile, let's give them some time to get it together.

I ordered half a dozen donuts, and the attendant shoved them all in one bag without wrapping or separating them. When I got home the cream sticks were bent and broken open all over the apple fritters. It shouldn't take a college degree to show someone how to package donuts.

I go to this location sometimes after the gym, I usually go to the loc in Springfield. I always get a hot latte- why at this location, every single time, the latte tastes like old coffee? Not only that, but its more expensive! Why am I paying more for something that is consistently not good? Makes me wonder what the difference is at this location- do you guys not clean your machines? Do you guys put coffee into lattes instead? The service is always great, its the taste that isn't quite right

Edit to add I think I figured it out! I think that they pre-make a bunch of expresso and leave it sit out, then when someone orders a hot latte, they just add some burnt coffee in it to heat it up! After reading other reviews it seems the staff here cut a lot of corners to save time, now I wonder how many food safety corners they cut too..

Ordered off of Uber Eats because I was at work. I ordered grilled cheese and all I got was two pieces of dry bread, not buttered or toasted at all with crusty cheese. Paid 35.00 for two drinks for myself and a coworker and this nasty looking sandwich and a couple of smooshed hashbrowns. Do better. My child can make a grilled cheese correctly. Both sides of a supposed grilled cheese is in pics.
