Always good
I use the Giant Eagle bakery for cookie trays at graduation celebrations. There is a nice assortment and they taste excellent. Very positive feedback from the guests.
Went in to order a cake for a birthday party. The girl behind the counter was clueless. I began to place my order, she asked me what cake design and I showed her what I wanted in the book. She checked her stock and said that they did not have that one. So I asked her if she could contact another Giant Eagle in the area to see if they had it in stock, she paused and said, I don't know how to do that. Pure laziness, apparently she doesn't know how to use a phone. Terrible customer service!

The coffee, deli, hot foods and bakery. Sometimes they have good sales and all workers are nice and some of the workers knew us for years and remember me by name.
There is a growler fill station right inside the door!
Great weekly deals. Top notch salad bar 💯👌
Love their donuts. They don't get stale and usually have a better selection than the Dunkin across the street.
Stay away from here when the wine tasting is going on!! Made theistake of actually wanting groceries and was overwhelmed by classless people with no manners.
