Yummy chicken and JoJo’s.. Pizza is always amazing!

Placed a delivery order day ahead for a party of 25 people. Mix of pizza and chicken. Food arrived exactly on time. Hot and delicious. Order filled correctly. Needed plates, napkins, and utencils since I ordered multiple meatball casseroles, but we did not get plastic Forks as promised so it was hard to deal with the entres and no silverware. Outside of that small issue, the service and value for the food that was prepared for us with care, was excellent. I would order again.

Made phone order for a large “cauliflower” crust pizza with pepperoni. I was not told it doesn’t come in large, only medium…just pickup in 20-25 minutes. I arrived to pick it up and out came a medium. I made the cashier aware of my discussion and was simply asked “you want it?” Well, I took it, as that was a yes-no question and no would have resulted in nothing.I suppose your order must be over $19 to gain any empathy. And the cauliflower pizza is the saddest pizza I have ever seen.

We usually order from this store but never again. Their Chicken the last 2-3 times has been horrible. The Chicken is ALL breading and no meat! We called in and they would not give us a credit and as many times as we order there, they should! $9 they couldn’t credit are account. Poor customer service!

I usually really love Gioninos however this is the second time i’ve ordered from this particular location and the food has been pretty terrible. The chicken smelled really weird and was soggy. even the cole slaw was nasty.
