Coffee good, food excellent and affordable. Service great! Owner introduced himself and said weekends have been tough due to staffing, but we went on a Wednesday and everything was great! We will be back!

I enjoyed my breakfast here. Very friendly staff and even the chef asked how my meal was. I got the Greek breakfast. It was very simple and well cooked. There are a lot of other options but I felt like a light breakfast. When ever you’re in Uniontown stop in.

Very happy to have a diner near by. My favorite is hashbriwn bowl with 2 eggs over easy with cheddar, and chicken and waffles. Can't wait to try everything!

Loved the place! It is great to have a good breakfast diner near by. My wife and I had an excellent western omelet with cheddar (everythings better with cheddar ?) and with bottomless cups of coffee. Service provided by Sara was excellent, very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a good breakfast. All topped off with a friendly chat with George the owner definitely made a great start to the day. Thanks a lot, we will be back soon.

Lunch was terrific! Fried Bologna sandwich and a side of chili hit the spot. We also had French toast and hash browns and were very tasty. The coffee was delicious.Staff was super friendly, courteous and prompt. The diner had about 8 tables full of customers at the time.

Sorry to say this but, breakfast was $35 with tip. I get it everything is pricey these days but, portions are weak, my wife had a paper thin omelette with every little cheese way over cooked. I had eggs Benedict the ham was paper thin, my order of hash browns where good but not very much of them. We need these kinds of places here but value is important. I will be back a couple of more times and hope it was just a bad Day.

I really want to like this place but cannot. While I realize it's relatively new, the service is downright brutal and the food mediocre, at best. I've given it two tries, first time was a weekday and food was cold, slow (45 minutes for breakfast and it was half full), and the little fellow bouncing around there was actually rude to guests who were displeased.Second time was today, same time duration, 45 minutes for food, western and Italian omelets, and an order of two eggs. EVERYHING was ice cold (including the home fries), as well as everything was bland. They never brought our toast, we asked, they apologized and it still never came. When we inquired, the reply was "oh yeah, when I checked they forgot, and then I forgot". Saw a number of folks just get up and leave. My personal favorite was a couple who, after taking a seat and getting their coffee got sick of waiting and got up to leave, but were charged for their coffee. Same little man in a funny hat say's "sometimes we all have off days". I'll give it 6 months as I'm the 4th person I know that won't ever go back. I don't typically write bad reviews but I found the gentlemen's (I'm guessing the owner) condescending toward his customers.

My husband I LOVE ramen, and were super happy when Ramen Katsu opened. Excellent broth, delicious noodles, large portions, and tasty ingredients. I often get the Miso based ramen with loads of mushrooms and seasoned eggplant... it's heavenly! My husband swings 'twards the spicey end and loves the Donburi ramen. Huge servings of eel, kombu, shitaki mushrooms, and eggplant. It always hits the spot. We're familiar with ramen, but often overhear the waitstaff going over the menu and explaining the different offerings and ingredients to new customers. We typically stop in on Monday afternoons and are greeted with a friendly smile and witty banter. Go check out this awesome hidden gem!

The gentleman working the front counter was super extremely knowledgeable on all items which is what this first timer needed. Thank you Ramen Katsu, excellent food and service. I’ll be back for sure!
