Look, I like the sandwich, but I am getting tired of the mayo being literally no different when explicitly asking for more mayo.
Maybe it is because they put it on the bread first and it soaks in regardless based on the "extra" they add. Account for that and put more.
This is not a "this location issue", but this location is where I ordered last.
I'm not sure if I have had an extra mayo request actually be fulfilled at any jimmy johns in the area.
And its not like I'm looking for a mayo soup. The sandwich is still slightly dry, which doesn't occur with a homemade sandwich (even if you spread the mayo on the bread first).
If possible, I am going to start leaving a low review each time it happens.

I love Jimmy John's, but the service at this location is terrible. Received multiple subs wrong and when I called, all I get are excuses without corrections.

This place has some of the best service ever for a Jimmy John's, I know their slogan is freaky fast and they do that all without rushing it. Its a nice change of pace. Wish more Jimmy John's was like this one

I go to this Jimmy Johns frequently as it is close however 9 out of 10 times there is a sandwich in our order that is not made correctly. it's normally missing something that is standard on the sandwich whether it's the peppers, onions, doesn't have the right meat and so on. When we order it turns into a game of what are we getting this time and just hope it's something one of us like.

I have all positives! Delivery was speedy and driver was pleasant and polite. My turkey sub was delicious. I only ate half and am having the other half now for lunch. Just as good as it was at dinner last evening. I also had your chips and a chocolate chip cookie. Very positive experience.

I come to this jimmy john’s all the time, i always order the exact same thing. Today, i ordered a slim 3 which is just tuna and i added cheese. this is what was on the sandwich. when i asked the worker, he said “yeah, only one scoop comes on it. sorry.” and i had to ask for a plastic fork to spread it around myself. two stars because the other worker who helped at the register walked over to my table to ask if i wanted more because he saw that there was barely anything on it. he was very kind and i appreciated him asking.
I live in West Akron, I had to drive to Green to get my sub and it was worth the time and money.

Walked up to the counter to order (2) combo meals, the person taking the order at the counter somehow calculated the order total to be $47 and change. After I mentioned that was too high she somehow revised that order total to $40.00 even. This again seemed like too much since each combo meal is $10-12 each. I politely asked her to explain how my order could possibly add up to be $40. She wouldn’t look at me and acted like I was wasting her time by questioning my order total. After some review she was able to revise the order down to $27.80. It was very suspicious and I wondered if she was adding a tip to my order on the computer, she blamed it on a “computer issue” I asked for a receipt but there was none in the bag when I checked back in the car.

Got take out. One Sandwich had onions on it ?? - we are thinking instead of lettuce?!It was ? awful... not much to do but pick it all off.Restaurant was dirty. But we didn't eat there.
