Well, it took an hour and a half for it to come. Then when it did come there was no drink and the sauce that I payed extra for I didn’t get. After that, the kind driver went back and got my drink and sauce and came back with a ROOTBEER!!! I asked for a Powerade

I’m not someone who normally writes reviews, but what happened to me at the Jimmy John’s on [insert location] deserves to be shared with the world.

I recently lost my brother, and the grief has been overwhelming. On one of the worst days, when I truly shouldn’t have been out in public, I walked into Jimmy John’s completely falling apart. I was crying, shaking, and honestly just trying to breathe.

Most people would have ignored me — or pretended not to notice.
But George, working behind the counter that day, didn’t look away.

He looked right at me and gently asked if I was okay. And it wasn’t the polite, automatic kind of question people ask when they hope you’ll say “I’m fine.” It was sincere. It was human. It was someone seeing me when I felt invisible.

When I told him I wasn’t okay, he didn’t judge, didn’t rush, didn’t brush me off. Instead, he softly asked if it would be alright for him to give me a hug. I said yes — because in that moment, I desperately needed that human connection.

He hugged me.
He prayed for me and my family.
He made me feel held, seen, and supported in a way I didn’t even realize I needed.

I walked into Jimmy John’s broken, but I walked out feeling just a little less alone. And sometimes, that tiny bit of comfort is everything.

The food was great, of course — but this review isn’t about sandwiches.
It’s about George, and the kind of compassion you can’t train into someone. Jimmy John’s, please recognize the incredible person you have working for you. He didn’t just serve a customer that day.
He helped carry a grieving woman through one of the hardest moments of her life.

And I will never forget him for that.

Haven’t had anything from here in a while. Heard they had hot subs now so tried a beef and cheddar. Asked for no lettuce but got a ton of it and hardly any meat or cheese. What a joke for the price.

Rude staff, scheduled my order an hour a head of time and had to wait 20 mins still in the store for order. Team members we're just standing around chatting. Don't choose Jimmy John's if you're in a hurry ☹️

I purchased food for my offices including physicians nurse practitioners and clinical partners on 6/13. The sandwiches were not labeled so we had no clue which sandwhich was which without opening and I orderd certain ones to accommodate people that could not eat certain items. They forgot to give me the pickle jar and potato salad so another unconvience I had to go back up to the store to get the items that I already paid for that they forgot. Not to mention that we were on a time limit because my doctors had to drive an hour plus away for training. Not one did the manager come up and apologize. Not one we did they mention or offer even a free cookie and we gave a tip. I did not even have them delivered I went and picked up and did in store not curbside side saving the store time but I will more than likely not be back. What if I was not close enough to come back for missing items. Then when I came back they stuff two large containers in a bag that a sandwhich should have been in. Terrible customer service. I am a supervisor myself and would never give this type of service without rectify it. You never know who your serving so customer service should bee great at all times.

Ordered a #10 that is supposed to be double roast beef and there wasn’t enough roast beef for a standard sandwich, very disappointing 🤨 bread sandwich.
We use to get great sandwiches at the Jimmy John’s on Arlington road but they closed down, that’s why I started to go to Massillon Road in Green.
I had a choice of Green or Barberton, same distance,, next time I will try Barberton.

Placed an online order for pickup. When I got home and opened my bag, my pesto pasta is expired by 2 days. You should not be sending expired food out the door. Do better.

When someone asks for extra mayo, put extra mayo.

Look, I like the sandwich, but I am getting tired of the mayo being literally no different when explicitly asking for more mayo.

Maybe it is because they put it on the bread first and it soaks in regardless based on the "extra" they add. Account for that and put more.

This is not a "this location issue", but this location is where I ordered last.

I'm not sure if I have had an extra mayo request actually be fulfilled at any jimmy johns in the area.

And its not like I'm looking for a mayo soup. The sandwich is still slightly dry, which doesn't occur with a homemade sandwich (even if you spread the mayo on the bread first).

If possible, I am going to start leaving a low review each time it happens.

I love Jimmy John's, but the service at this location is terrible. Received multiple subs wrong and when I called, all I get are excuses without corrections.
