I got chicken nuggets and my fiancé got a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger didn’t look or taste fresh, and within 30 min, has left my fiancé in the bathroom for hours with food poisoning. This is not the first time we have felt iffy about their food/service and will probably just opt to go to the one further away from now on.

They were so amazing. My kid accidentally pressed the biscuit option, instead of a mcgriddle, and they were so kind to fix it after I had paid and had the receipt. They were so kind so amazing, and it was so good!!

This is the worst McDonald's the staff are disrespectful and they have no morals I give this place no stars there service sucks they are a wreck I've been through this McDonald's during the afternoon and everyone is respectful and the food and service is top notch but morning crew they look miserable over there job my opinion if u don't know how to do ur job and leave home at home customer service is not for you the lady who served me this morning had a foul mouth and she has no right talking out the side of her neck to no one calling people broke because there card reader don't work in drive thru so I go in and it works just fine they need to fix there issues or hire people who know how to operate a register

It's exactly what you expect from a McDonald's. The in-person service inside the restaurant is generally pretty good although on carryout we've had a few cases of missed items or forgotten items so always confirm if you're going for drive-thru that you have everything in your order.

I put a mobile app order in and came to the drive through to pick it up and the girl on the speaker was EXTREMELY rude. It surprised me because I had done nothing to make her act like that. Mobile app orders should be easy and quick and this was anything but that. I gave the girl my code and she was rude from the get go. She said “hold on” came back and started asking me what was on the order. I started listing items off from my order and I saw she was putting in the order in the screen. So I said I was confused and if the order had not gone through? She snapped at me and said “look I have to put the order in again because it didn’t come through and you’ll get refunded” I responded and said she should explained that from the beginning and she came back very rudely saying “well I’m explaining it now”. I decided to pull off without the order and canceled it on the app. I’ve never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s so it’s a shame that I was treated very poorly without reason this time. The girl definitely shouldn’t be interacting with customers
