My wife says she really used to love going to the one down in Columbus, but this one just always has bland food, smaller portions, and the staff seems to be either slacking off or working hard with no in-between. Generally there is also something missing in an order or they make a mistake with the order if you make any type of changes to the menu item you order.

Tried this place out for the first time today. Staff was super friendly and helpful and was very quick to take our order and make our food. Inside space is small but kept very clean and a nice atmosphere. They also have to go and a drive through. Menu was very well rounded and you could modify things easily. Will definitely be back often!

Food was honestly not as good as I thought it was going to be, it did not live up to my expectations, very disappointing. The mac and cheese was very good, but my actual entree was not good.

Went in excited for a good Mac and cheese place nearby, but when I order the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese it was neither cheesy nor did it have enough buffalo sauce. Pretty disappointing.

Great new spot offering casual counter pasta meals. The food from this chain is very consistent, as well as consistent at this location. They've changed the menu a bit, but the food was still good. The service was great, very friendly

Their food is pretty good for fast food pasta. I really like that they have substitutions, like rice noodles instead of linguine. Of course, you have to pay extra, which stinks if you have a gluten sensitivity and can't eat regular noodles. Their patmesan chicken is salty, which made it hard for me to eat. The second time I went, I got the shrimp scampi, which was pretty good. Seating was on the crowded side, so be prepared to get friendly with people. Overall, I would go back here. For the scampi and 2 drinks, I paid $21, but drinks are $3 for a regular. That is extremely over-priced, so I won't make that mistake again. I wouldn't say it's wheelchair friendly because it seems like it would be hard to maneuver around.
Vegetarian options: They do have this option, but I don't remember what it is.
Dietary restrictions: They have alternatives to their fettuccine noodles like rice noodles, but you have to pay extra

This restaurant is perfect for local workers seeking a quick lunch. Order ahead and pick up via drive-through or dine in. Note that the dining area is small and can get busy. Service is friendly and efficient.
The menu offers various delicious dishes, with pad thai being my favorite. While flavors are great, noodles tend to be dry. Requesting extra sauce solved this issue, resulting in a perfectly balanced meal.
Overall, the restaurant is a convenient choice for a tasty lunch with authentic dishes. Some improvements in maintaining food moisture could elevate the experience. Recommended for those craving a quick and flavorful noodle lunch.

First time trying Noodles when I was down not feeling good. I bought the classic chicken noodle soup and omg so good! I did also try the Wisconsin Mac and cheese and had them add their chicken parmesan slices, also delicious and one of the best Mac n cheese I've ever had :)

14.00 for a bowl of rubber chicken and rubber noodles nevermore quote the consumer. I see a lot of other people agree the people that gave it five stars must not get out much are simply do not understand value for a dollar everything is getting overpriced end shrinkflation seems to be the trend for now and unfortunately probably the future you're better off going to McDonald's to get a buy one get one for a dollar.
1st time here and unfortunately it was not a great visit for me...the employees were friendly and quick with service and the small but clean dining area was welcoming. It s a good thing they don't call themselves Noodles, Sauce and Company... the Crispy bacon parmesan chicken was completely void of Alfredo sauce, not even a hint, may be the best Alfredo in the world, but I'll never know! Too hangry to drive back and complain, so I whipped up my own Alfredo on the fly....may give them another chance in the future, but not anytime soon..

I've given this place so many tries but the only thing they have going for them is the really nice cashier. Just gross, dry, and undercooked pasta though every time I've given this place a shot.
