I ordered a large pizza for delivery. Was supposed to have DOUBLE cupped pepperoni and mushrooms. 1 don’t think 2-4 pieces of pepperoni per slice counts as close to adequate for normal pepperoni let alone DOUBLE pepperoni.
Update Now that I tried eating it dropped it to one star. Could only taste the crust. Had little or no sauce. Couldn’t taste cheese or toppings.

I walked in to get a straw and was told by lady at counter that she didn’t have straws. I will never order or eat at Pizza Hut again after being lied to like that.

Staying at a hotel for a work training, ordered delivery and my driver Chris called personally to let me know he was pulling in and would meet me at the door instead of dropping it off at the front desk. Best delivery ever

Can't get a simple order right I order two large pepperoni lover pizzas with garlic stuffed crust. Picked it up got home to find out I had a stuffed crust cheese no pepperoni and a pepperoni pizza no stuffed crust.

Called 3 times. 2 times was hung up on (I realize it’s close to close, but say no). Third time Chris answered and I felt uncomfortable so I obviously didn’t order. Disappointing. It was for a pick up, also. Not that serious.
Ordered takeout, arrived when they told me. They said they didn't even start the order yet. Went home and waited another half hour before coming back. They still weren't ready. Waited in the parking lot ANOTHER half an hour. Received my food and went home. Half of it was cold, the other half was missing. I will never be back.

So a long story short I ordered a delivery for lunch I work from home so I put please don’t knock under delivery instructions because I work on the phones and don’t want to be distracted so 30 minutes later I hear loud banging almost like the cops I can hear it over my headset i obviously can’t answer since I am working so a few minutes go by and she is still banging and even causes the neighbors dog to bark so after I get on lunch i decide to call the manager and complain because this was extremely disrespectful so instead of apologizing for the inconvenience the manager try’s to justify what the driver did and refused to give me corporates phone number and actually hung up on me twice this is extremely unprofessional I would never recommend this store to anyone if I could give one star I would both the driver and manager should be fired

Ordered a very simple takeout order, one medium cheese pizza and medium wings. I walked in with my 2 kids to pick it up and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Came back in 10 minutes later, I was told it would be right up. I paid for my order then all of a sudden nobody could find my cheese pizza. Then I’m told it was never even made and asked if I could wait another 10 minutes, with 2 kids after I already waited 10 minutes for nothing. Absolutely not, I don’t even know why an employee would tell me it would be ready in another 10 minutes when it clearly wasn’t even started. then it took another five minutes to get a refund because nobody wanted to actually come up and issue one, which I was told would take another 4 days to process. Not even close to professional, yet still wanted a tip.
