Arrived at the time I was supposed to for pick up and waited 10 minutes at the window after I arrived for pick up. Not to mention they gave me ranch dipping sauce with my cheese sticks and not marinara sauce.

In Michigan we don't have pizza hut anymore so we had to have it when we visited Ohio. The staff was friendly especially when my gps couldn't find it and they were super nice over the phone. The food was great and my kiddo enjoyed it

Only 1of the tapes to seal the box was actually sealed. The second tape was stuck to the box on 1 side.The top to the marinara inside the box was open and spilled all over the food in the dinner box.

I mean, do you really need a rating? Everyone who has ever eaten pizza hut knows whether or not it's what they love. Ratings are really useless for Americans, especially ones who grew up in America from the 80's. This really only serves purpose for foreigners. Pizza hut is what we grew up eating. If it disappears, it's like getting rid of McDonalds or Taco Bell. We need to keep Pizza Hut around. Thanks and enjoy :)
