We come to this Starbucks regularly and always have a great experience. The drive-through is usually busy, but service is fast, efficient, and the staff is consistently kind and professional. Today, we decided to walk in after ordering ahead online, and it was just as great—if not better.
The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted, possibly by the manager, which made us feel very welcome. Our two drinks and two sandwiches were ready quickly, and everything looked and tasted amazing. The drinks were beautifully made—not messy at all—and the sandwiches were hot, fresh, and delicious.
The interior was spotless, the atmosphere was happy and inviting, and the customer service was excellent as always. This is one of the neatest and most consistent Starbucks locations we’ve been to. Highly recommend!

Honestly, this is a great Starbucks location. All the baristas are pleasant/kind and my drinks are always made correctly. The manager seems to be very engaged and you can tell he’s trying his best when you see him on duty. They keep the drive through line moving quickly as well!

I have been getting the same Starbucks order for the last six years and all of the sudden, this Starbucks has stopped stirring my cold brew and almond milk together. Everyday for the last two weeks, it just is I stirred. If I’m paying almost $7 for a coffee, I want it stirred. If I wanted layered milk and coffee, I’d get a macchiato. I don’t understand why they can’t take the three seconds to stir my coffee the way it has been for the last six years.

It was wild but that's to be expected with red cup day! They ran out of cups a few minutes before I walked in but I noticed they restocked before I left so I went up to ask for one. The staff were so kind and managed through the craziness of everything. The barista didn't even read my cup to make sure I'd purchased a holiday drink, before running to grab me a cup. I truly appreciated the service and speed considering how busy they were!

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. EVERY SINGLE TIME my drink is underfilled. I do not understand why this is such a hard concept to understand. No other stores in the area does this. It's ridiculous and absolutely infuriating when you pay as much you do for a Starbucks drink and this location refuses to fill it correctly. I shouldn't have to request at the time of order to fill my drink to the correct volume that I actually paid for!!! Here's the latest gem out of this store today - another failed venti latte!

The barista that made my drink was a little snappy with me about my espresso drink being a latte. I advised him I been getting it made like that for 5 years and never had a problem. Other then that the young man training at the register was very pleasant.
