Thank goodness for Latisha! We had made an online order to another store, they delivered half the order in which we were missing the main platter for an event. We were having at 5 PM. We didn’t find this out until about 1:30 PM – 2 PM. I called Subway and got Latisha and told her what we needed and less than 60 minutes she created enough mini subs to feed 50+ people! She saved our day for sure!

This Subway is always clean and feels really welcoming. The manager, Latisha does an amazing job running the place — she’s friendly, professional, and keeps everything on point. It’s always a great experience coming here because of her!

My family and I had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a Subway. The employee on duty, Latasha, was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the start. She openly complained the entire time we were there, told us she was “having a bad day,” and took it out on me, my daughter, and the rest of my family.
On top of the terrible service, we were overcharged, and when we politely questioned it, she acted annoyed and dismissive instead of fixing the issue. She was short with my daughter and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. It was clear she had no interest in providing even basic customer service.
This is not the kind of behavior anyone should have to deal with when they’re simply trying to get a meal for their family. Based on her attitude and actions, I don’t believe Latasha should be working in a customer-facing position. Honestly, she should be terminated.
Until this location addresses employees like this, I would not recommend it to anyone.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. The employee, Latasha, was not friendly or professional. The lettuce was brown, so we politely asked if they could get a fresher one from the back. Instead of handling the request with basic courtesy, Latasha made it seem like a huge inconvenience and responded with, “it came like this and they have to use it anyways” I work in food service as a manager, so I completely understand that these situations happen. The issue was not the lettuce, it was her tone and attitude. When I mentioned she was not being friendly, she excused her behavior by saying she was having a bad day and training two people. While I sympathize with that, it’s no excuse for providing such poor customer service. To make matters worse, I was also overcharged. When I pointed it out, she tried to argue that I wasn’t. Between the unprofessional attitude, the poor quality of the food, and the incorrect charge, this visit was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

I stopped here for lunch when I was in town doing a delivery for OHLQ. After 30 years of eating Subway, this location and its kind and friendly staff have made the best sub I have ever gotten from a Subway restaurant. It wasn't even close. Thank you so much and next time im in town you will definitely be receiving my business again. Just wonderful 😊
New review same 5 stars. My second time here and this location is the cleanest, with the friendliest staff, making the best sandwiches. Subway corporate needs to come to this location and see what these employees are doing and implement it at every location. This location and its employees are hands down the best!

Staff was very kind, answered our questions accurately, provided great customer service, and were very quick. The store itself was very clean and well stocked. Great experience!

Great food and service.
Stopped in for sandwiches on a Sunday after church. Super clean. My Italian BMT was very good and made just right. I've tried chicken subs before and the chicken is generally flavorless at all Subways. But the BMT's are always good. The 2 young ladies serving us and making our orders were fantastic! It's so nice to see conscientious and pleasant young people, ages 18 and 20, interacting so well with the customers and showing genuine care for their jobs.

Walked in at 9:27 pm told me they were closed. I asked when they close she said 9:30. When I asked if they could take my order the girl rolled her eyes and asked her co worker if I could order. I walked out won’t be back and live local

Awful ordering experience. They were more focused on moving me down to the register to pay than finishing my order. I had three people speaking to me at once. One of the subs was wrong (items added while i was busy paying)

Ordered almost $100 worth of food from your establishment last night. Ordered through the app-curbside pickup. Got the food home and realized why the girl was giggling when she gave us the bag of food. Almost every sandwich just had bread, 2 slices cheese, and about 4 olives. That’s it. It had to of been a prank and that’s why she was laughing. We ordered 5 subs and a few of your foot long sides. I’ve tried calling the store since yesterday and this morning and no one answers the phone. It just rings. I spent nearly a 100 bucks to be pranked by some stoner high school kids. And it 100% was a prank. When we picked up the food at a little past 5 pm, the restaurant and parking lot were completely empty. So, to use the excuse they were busy is a lie. I will be going back to the store today if no one continues to answer the phone.
