Walked in and walked back out. It's all ice-cream flavors. Which is fine if thats what youre looking for. Not really what I'd expect for frozen yogurt though i.e. fruity flavors. At least offer a few of those options.

Saying “thank you” should be the easiest part of customer service. Without customers, the girls behind the counter wouldn’t have a job. When someone leaves a 15–20% tip, a genuine thank you should always follow. Gratitude matters—don’t take it for granted.

My daughter saw this online and wanted to go there. We don't have any in Pa where we live. We were in Hartville and figured we'd try. Cute place with a very good concept. Will definitely go back if ever in the area.

I’m not one to write negative reviews, however I’m beyond frustrated with my experience with this location. I ordered through the website for delivery on Thursday night. DoorDash does the delivery, but it goes through Sweet Frog. When my order arrived half of it was missing. I called the store and they said they didn’t know what to do and they needed to talk to their manager. They took my name and number and said they would call me back. In the meantime I reached out to DoorDash to see if there was anything I could do. They reiterated to me that since Sweet Frog collected the funds a refund would have to come through them. Sweet Frog called me back and told me they would have to get in contact with the store owner and they could offer me potentially 2 free cups or a refund if I came in to the store. But, they wouldn’t know until they talked to the owner. All of this was fine and understandable. However, it has now been 2 days with no update to the situation. I am out $30 for a product I did not even receive and the store has not given me any calls back to offer any compensation or solutions. This is beyond frustrating because either the store did not include my full order, or the DoorDash driver took it. Regardless, I’m the one who is out the money. I have since contacted corporate and hope I get a solution in the coming days. Beware if you order online, very sad about this experience because I love this place ):

While the froyo was good, options were limited due to 2 or 3 machines being broken or empty. Topping bar was well stocked but messy. Unsure if it was worth the $10 for a medium bowl.
