I spent over 30 minutes at this taco bell waiting for a mobile order. I watch people come and go, getting their orders, yet when I inquire about mine, they just said “oh okay,” and I proceed to wait another 15 minutes. I left without my food and they told me they couldn’t cancel my order after I told them that the option to cancel was no longer on the app. They just said they were too busy to deal with it. I am a food service manager and whenever my restaurant is busy, I still make sure that I am connecting with guests to make sure everything was satisfactory. Absolutely horrible service. I guess we’ll see if this taco bell app support will actually give me my money back or if they were just to lazy to deal with the issue and now i’m out money.

This Taco Bell in Green is consistently excellent! They are always incredibly fast and the staff is super professional. Never had a bad experience here, I highly recommend it!

Thank you Taco Bell members for having common sense to put my Mexican pizza on the bottom of all my family’s food (which were 2 Lux box’s that were not in the boxes… “laziness”). Thank you for letting pay almost $7 for a Mexican pizza.

Its taco bell so you already know how it tastes. This location does a great job of getting your order correct. I jusg cant believe how expensive taco bell is getting im general. For the price a local taco spot may be a better option. Whats another 5 minutes, you know price is about the same but food will be hotter and tastier. For taco bell tho this is a good spot. What happened, taco bell was cheap, fast and open but without the cheap do you really want food this quality. Is it worth the cost? You decide.

I’ve been going here in drive thru for the past two days in a row. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Service was really fast and I stop here in my way to work. Even with a large order for coworkers I usually don’t spend more than 5 minutes total! THE WORKERS ARE SO

Amazing! Went here around 4:30pm and there was a sweet young man serving me! He was very polite but there was a really rude plus size girl behind him that seemed to be looking at me in a mean way.. Overall good service!

There's like 6 ingredients for everything, How is it so hard to put them together in the correct combinations?

Ignoring the dining room completely to hit your dead last drive-thru window times because your management is inept and REFUSES to do anything to help the workers who are actually trying. Corporate needs to step in to fix this dumpster fire because the management sure as hell can't.
1/5 because the food eventually came and I can't give it a 0.

I went in to get an order. The staff helped 5 other people before making my food. I went outside came back in the whole crew was talking negative about me. I said hey I’m still here they all looked up and stopped talking eventually handed me my order and the teenager out of everyone said sorry. The manager even yelled at me saying is dashers need to be more patient and she is not sorry. Her crew has every right to speak about me how they want. I will never ever return here ever. Please don’t go inside if yo do go there. So mean. I left crying.
