We wanted to dine in. There was no hostess in sight and no one acknowledged us for like 5-10 mins. So, we go the bar area and sat at a high top table for another 5 mins with no acknowledgement. Waitresses walked back and forth a few times before we had to stop one and ask if the section was open. She went over to the bartender and asked if she was working the tables. Her reply was, “not at the moment”, but when she looked up and saw us she said, “i mean…I wasn’t”. She never acknowledged us to say hello or to even suggest we move to different part of the bar to get service. Mind you, the place wasn’t packed by any means. We left. Do better.

Applebee's no longer Carry's tonic water, so I was unable to order a gin and tonic, and they also no longer have tall glasses for cocktails. They only have short glasses. I ordered the 12.oz ribeye steak and I had to return it because the steak was cooked with so much salt that I could not eat it. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as appetizer and it was brought out with our meals. The dip was in a paper container half full and none of the tortillas chips were whole piece, they were all small broken pieces. Oh yes and the best part of the experience was when we were finally seated, we were handed wrapped plastic eating utensils and when I got my steak I asked the server if I could at least get a steak knife. The manager was so unprofessional... She wasn't wearing anything t⁰hat had a Applebee's logo on , so when I looked at her I was confused because she was wearing a sweat suit and tennis shoes. It was by far the worst and absolute last time I will ever go to Applebee's again!

Walked in the door and it was very busy, and asked if I could go sit at the bar. Was told I could. The bartender Blair, instantly greeted me with a menu and asked if I wanted something to drink. She was very friendly and on top of things the whole time I was there. Always asked if I wanted another drink, and even though my food took a very long time to come out, she would let me know what the status of it was and made sure I was cool in the mean time. I could tell they were very busy,, but the bar was a good move. I recognize going to the bar to see Blair, she will give good service!

Horrible experience if I could give zero star I would. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered apps with our meal and it too took over an hour to receive both and the food was cold. Not to mention the noodles were over and it was freezing! Would have returned it but who has another hour to spare. Even other people returned their food because it was cold. I would highly recommend you drive the extra 20+ minutes to go to another Applebees.

My server was great. I think she was new but she did a great job. Her name is Megan. However the bartender Jamori was rude. I ordered a perfect margarita which is served in a shaker with a martini glass. I received a drink in a sangria glass with ice so I wanted to be sure I had the correct drink. The server took the drink to the bar to confirm and I heard the bartender in a high pitched tone saying...it's not in a martini glass because I don't have any... with an attitude. I was fine with the original drink, I just wanted to confirm. Her response kinda irritated me. If you want to be technical...even without the martini glass the drink still didn't come in the shaker as described. She should fix her attitude

We waited for 1 hour to order food after been seated. The first manager show up and he said sorry. The second manager came and she was more patient with me. She got someone to take our order. Then when I finally got my food it had a hair on my plate. The server order my food again .The manager really tried to help. Thanks to her a bad experience was made much better. But if not for her stepping in and our server being great. I would never return.

Parking: If you don't mind walking from garage to the build. I prefer to park in front of Applebee's.

⚠️IF YOU ENJOY RUDE SERVICE THIS IS JUST THE PLACE FOR YOU⚠️On 02/08/2023 around 9:30 pm a friend and I stopped in for a quick drink and a bite to eat. We sat down at the bar for what we thought would be quicker service. The bartender came over with drinks after 20 minutes of sitting. Next we placed our food order and after another 30 to 45 minutes still no food. I spoke with the manager about the extreme wait time he was very nonchalant and unconcerned. His resolution was just take the food off (our dinner). The good news is the bartender reassured us “DON’T BOTHER WRITING A REVIEW CORPORATE DOES NOT READ REVIEWS!! Needless to say I will not be back for seconds.

My husband and I came here in 2022 on a date night. Our server although over whelmed from lack of servers she was nice. Into our dinner the fire alarm went off and we were informed that the managers did not know how to turn it off so after we asked for our check we left. No apologies or monies taken off our bill was even offered.Fast forward to yesterday February 4th 2023. My husband and I are out so I suggested lets get something to eat, but knowing its the weekend and probably crowded. I ordered our food online. Soooooo glad I did. We pull up to the restaurant so I go in while my husband finds a parking spot and its crowded with families and kids mostly black people. I stand in front where you enter to also pick up your food.I standing there for a few minutes. I see a server that ignores me and then the staff comes out probably a manager or two and there huddled around each other and the conversation was like were down two cooks. Mind you they see me standing there and no one offered to help me until I made my presence known and one of the employees was nice enough to help me.Whats so sad is that mostly black people patron this Applebees and I personally will never go back until they get better managers and more servers!!! It was ghetto and the staff that saw me standing there. You all suck!!!! Its sad that black people are still being treated like our time is not precious and our money not valued or appreciated. Had I been white, I am sure my experience would've been completely different. Please hire staff that does not have that "slave mentality" because you are going to lose a lot of business from our black people!!!

December 2022: I wanted to bring the family here because of the good food and reasonable prices. We were seated relatively quickly within minutes of entering, but then the waiter or waitress never showed up to take our order. We waited 25 minutes before finally exiting the restaurant.Conclusion: Applebee's is a renowned chain with good food, but this location has some slow service. I kinda felt disrespected that waiters were passing us by without acknowledging our presence...not even a "someone will be with you soon" communication.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. I entered the restaurant with my mom in hopes of having a nice mother/daughter dinner date and we waited for over 20 minutes before anyone even came to sit us down. Mind you, the business only had about 3 tables with customers. It was more workers than customers. Then when they finally come to seat us, they again took over 20 minutes without checking on us for drinks, appetizers, etc. Workers were walking past us, chit chatting away but couldn't help the customers they just seated. Horrible customer service. After 20 minutes we became fed up and ended up leaving to get food at Piada instead. I wouldn't recommend anybody to waste their time here.

Went to Applebee's for dinner. took awhile to be waited on when we gave our order we never got our drinks our waitress would rather talk to her friends then get anything for us after sitting there for 15mins after we ordered we decided to leave as we were walking out, we told our waitress to cancel the order and she just walked away from us. Horrible experience never will we ever go back to that Applebee's

I understand a lot of places are short staffed these days. But 3 different employees looked at me on several occasions and ignored me while we waited to be seated. No one said a word. After 15 minutes I had to walk over and talk to the bartender to be seated. The food took a while, which is fine again I get lack of staff may do that. But it was dry and seemed like all of it had been heated in the microwave. All three meals the plates were so hot we couldn't touch them for 5 minutes. A definite sign the food had all been microwaved. Yuck.

Shout out to BLAIR! After a long wait to be seated we went to the bar. Blair took our beverage and food order. Others began to follow us to the bar. The restaurant was empty except for two tables. But the bar was full. We got our drinks and appetizers while the people at the tables were still waiting for food. One table did get beverages but an older gentleman came to the bar to order and Blair served them. Other employees were meandering around doing nothing. Where was management. If in fact the other employees weren't on the clock we don't want or need to see them if they are not there to help. Give Blair a bonus, a raise something. Another establishment would be blessed to have her.

Literally TERRIBLE! Waited at the door for 15 minutes with our being acknowledged and then walked to the bar to find the manager she instructed me to wait a minute. I stood at the door for another 10 minutes before walking to the bar and seating myself. Once at the bar did not receive a hi or even a water for 15 additional minutes and when I asked the bartender how long she looked at me and said “I’m sure you can see I’m busy” I will NEVER ever patronize this location ever again. 3 bad experiences In a row. Change management or hold a job fair.
