University Heights, Ohio store. Not welcoming at all. We walked out. Never acknowledged us standing there as they filled to go orders. Fine, fill the to go orders but acknowledge us standing there waiting. Speaking a foreign language to each other with customers standing in front of them, and not even saying welcome, or we’ll be right with you , really was the worst service. I’ll go elsewhere and spend my money.
I placed an online order today hoping to receive a scrumptious meal from one of my favorite restaurants, Bibibop. When I arrived, the crew members were all huddled in the kitchen watching a video on a phone, which was understandable because there wasn't a dinner rush or anything.
