We came tonight to grab a quick dinner. I asked for broccoli and the woman working put 3 pieces on. She was rushing us and I just didn’t pay much attention. As she moved on to my son I realized that I don’t get many different toppings there so I asked if I could have a couple more pieces of broccoli. I was told it would be an extra charge of $2.99. University Heights, Ohio store. Not welcoming at all. We walked out. Never acknowledged us standing there as they filled to go orders. Fine, fill the to go orders but acknowledge us standing there waiting. Speaking a foreign language to each other with customers standing in front of them, and not even saying welcome, or we’ll be right with you , really was the worst service. I’ll go elsewhere and spend my money.
I placed an online order today hoping to receive a scrumptious meal from one of my favorite restaurants, Bibibop. When I arrived, the crew members were all huddled in the kitchen watching a video on a phone, which was understandable because there wasn't a dinner rush or anything.
